Excellent store, super cool stuff and affordable prices.

Honestly don’t know how this location is still in business, empty shelves, same old Marvel and bear Merch. No Sanrio items unless you travel and hour to the suburbs.

I've been to this store several times, and is my go to spot for reasonable and high quality plushies. Brand collections can be limited selection often due to high turnover/limited stock. The only reason is its not 5 stars, is there has been a lot of reorganizing/unboxing in the store each time I've visited, so it looks a little in disarray compared to clean and tidy.

Normal Miniso. Very affordable stuff .

I was shop at the erin mills location on June 24 2023. Staff :CA1804 .When I shop I was accidentally and broke a cup on the shelf. I knew I have to pay for it anyways. But She act like I'm a thief and keep shaking her head. I'm not refuse to pay for it. Only 10 dollars product. I tired to talk to her . I recommend the shelves product should be more safe. But her attitude is so rude and means. She blame on me and made me look like im a thief . I'm the person come to rob the store or something. I went to cashier with her. She yell to me are you have to pay for it. I told her im going to pay for it. Im not run away. But she is on fire then start yell of me. It is 10 dollars product. It isnt a million and unlimited come on relax. 10 dollars is like a dollar now a day . I don't want to fight with her. Seem she never education how to deal with customers . She stress out to communicate with customers. She can talk to customer by many ways. But she chooses the worst how to communicate with customer. After I wanted to get her a name. She refused to give it to me. This location service is so bad compared any dollars shop. The person are without any smile at work . Hair is messy. She looks like a a zombie can't normally communicate with client. We are customers come to shop have a good time and feel welcome back with any situation in store. I can't believe I have to compare Miniso to dollars shop customer service . Please follow up the location customer serive and mangerment . The minimum the stuff has to tie her hair and wear makeup to work. And she really need a education and upgrade her customer services. So she can grow at Miniso company in future.

Sleek, efficiently designed housewares, small electronics (like battery packs), grooming tools and products are bright and sparkly in this airy, light commercial space. Love it!

It's the perfect place to go for gifts stationary also organising then plushies skincare. It's kind of pricey but it's better than any others to me. Highly recommended

I love Miniso! The store has a great variety of products. I like the bags, plushies, home decorations electronics and makeup. Sometimes the lead of some items is wrong.

The largest and most prominent location for a Miniso I have ever been too! Great service. Nice and big open space. However, if you are familiar with the typical offerings of a Miniso you may be disappointed: they do not carry much of the new products. Perhaps it's because this location boasts everything for $10 and under? So none of the newer collection (like Toy Story) are sold here. Still, it's a decent shop for that price and selection.
