I’ve had my skates done at many spots in the city many good sharpenings others not as good, but I must say Atlantic Pro Sports consistently does a good job. I would recommend stopping in having a chat and consultation about what skate sharpening fits your style of play the best. Before I actually had my skates done we discussed typically how I liked my skates, my style of play, the type of sharpening that I usually get, and then through discussing the options Atlantic Pro sports could give me. I e decided on a cut that was most beneficial to me, and I have stuck with it ever since. 5 stars in my opinion.

Highly recommend APS ! My daughter has been attending several programs over the last 3 years for Seahawks volleyball . The staff are very knowledgeable and professional! Big shout out to Cillian Harrnett and John Reid !

My go to place for skate sharpening. I had the profiling done and for the first three or four skates after, I was ready to write off APS. However, they did urge me to stick with it and relearn my stance/stride with the new profiling. I persevered and am glad I did. I am no great skater, but the repositioning does make skating a lot more comfortable. NOTE: Don't get a profiling done right in the middle of or just before a big event as it will take a few skates to get your muscle memory tuned to the new positioning of the blade profile. I went with the Maximum Edge blade and it eliminated discomfort in the knees and hips that I used to experience through four or five skates a week.

Recently had a physio and dry needling session with Cillian Harnett . Very professional and took the time to make sure we found the root of my injury and create a plan going forward . Great location and facility .

Atlantic Pro Sports has not only helped develop me into a stronger, more disciplined athlete, they have helped me improve past any expectations. From the owners to all the trainers, the welcoming, and professional experience is spot on. Going there doesn’t feel like a chore it’s a sport and the inclusive, positive atmosphere is next to none. Highly recommend APS for skate sharpening and great service. Dropped off my sons skates Saturday at 1 o'clock, they told me the skates would be ready in a couple of hours and that they close at 5.At 5:30 I realize I forgot the skates and my son needed them for a game at 6:30. Reached out to Colin via messenger and he went in for me to pick up the skates in time for my son to make his game. Awesome service!! shop local!!! APS you rock.

I was a week post knee surgery and looking to get into to see a physiotherapist to be assessed with some exercises for my rehabilitation. I didn’t want nor need tens machine, ultrasounds or hot/cold therapy. I randomly found a article online written by Physiotherapist Cillian Harnett. His style of therapy was just what I wanted and needed. I did several sessions with Cillian and I left each session with a great understanding of my exercises. He then emailed me the exercises with video instruction which was amazing just in case I forget something with my form or set up. I highly recommend Cillian for any injuries.Cillian Harnett is now taking on patients in Paradise at APSolute Performance & Wellness.

Madison is such a personable and professional individual. One of the best massage therapists I've been to, really knows his stuff.

I first got my skates sharpened at APS nearly 8 months ago and haven't gone anywhere since. After playing hockey for most of my life, I can safely say this is the first time I felt truly comfortable in my own skates! Highly recommend!!
