They have been harrassing my wife about a credit card debt from a bank that she has never had a credit card from. They keep telling us to check our records and will not believe that she has never owned that card.

I had moved and delayed updating my mailing address, so missed and also forgot about an ambulance bill. After repeatedly ignoring calls from this company (I thought a scam), I received a letter in the mail from them stating I had so many days to clear the bill before going to collections. Because I suck at checking my mailbox, it was already passed the deadline. Realizing the company wasn’t a scam, I gave them a call and they were great to deal with. They gave me an extension on payment, and even let me pick the date! Can’t believe I’m giving an excellent review to a collection agency but these guys deserve it!

This is the first time in my life to be sent to Collections and all due to Shaw's error on my account. Commercial Credit Adjusters was informed early enough that my Shaw account was sent to them in error, yet they continued to take active steps to further process the Collection item including reporting it to the credit bureau several weeks after the fact. Commercial Credit Adjusters' colossal mishandling of the account has had significant negative impacts on me and my family. This company is also deceptive, misappropriates personal and sensitive information, straightup lies and conceals information to suit their purposes. Downright unprofessional and sham of a company.I would not wish anyone to be in my shoes, stuck dealing with this company.

They were wonderful. I originally called the Calgary office because I didn't realize that I had to call the 1 866 number. I called that number and was transferred to the agent who held the account I needed to pay.The agent, Kelly, was an absolute pleasure to deal with as she walked me through the process of how to pay the collections I owed. Once we established what I needed to do, she transferred me to the credit department and I paid the entire balance in full.Everything was smooth and I had an email with the receipt and authorization number within minutes. It's not a difficult procedure, and I recommend going through with everything if they hold the account that you have. It took me less than 20 minutes and I'm now collection free.Collections aren't fun; nobody likes dealing with them and the constant calls. But if it's your bill, fess up and own it. The relief you feel afterward is so worth it.

The invoice of Shaw cable dated on August 16th and the letter from this company arrived on August 24th. What's the purpose of it?

I applied for a loan and was informed I had a bill in collections. Gave them a call and was informed that apparently I had a bill from 2014 that was reported 5 years later. The woman I talked to insisted that I needed to pay, (although I’m not allowed to use my credit card), and insisted MANY times that this bill is ruining my credit credit and would continue to ruin it forever. Was extremely pushy and very sketchy.

Worst company to existLast year I had an agreed payment to clear off the debt.They did not honor this. And now want more.But I have all the emails showing the agreed amount and time frame, and confirmations of them being paid.

I have been called numerous times and harrassed saying I owe Shaw. I have contacted shaw numerous times and they have confirmed that I do not owe them anything and my account was NOT sent to collections. The adress Commercial Credit has on my name is a non existant adress in my city and is not related to me any way. They refuse to investigate and do their job regarding the error and are extremely rude on the phone.If this affects my credit I will be taking them to court.

This company put a hit in my credit in the form of a collection account for 600$ turns out Shaw owed me 130$ and they wrote me a check. The entire time the reps were extremely rude on the phone and refused to contact Shaw to figure out what the problem was. Now they refuse to remove the credit remark. I will be taking them to court.
