Eat there a couple times a week and usually don't have a problem. However i tried ordering the cheesy jalapeno qpc and the made me pull forward to the 3rd window and tried to rush me away after practically throwing the bag at me and closing the window and now i know why. They gave me the complete wrong item and i know it wasn't an accident cause the rest of the order was accurate. If you don't have your limited time item just tell me don't throw something else in my bag and hope i drive off without looking.

Over 15 times this year I have gone to this brand new location and their coffee machine couldn’t make macchiatos. It’s always down. Is this because they don’t want to clean it? I’ve stopped going. They lost a good customer. I go to Dunkin’s now. You can always count on their coffee machines to work!

Got order wrong. When told, the nice young man at window corrected it. At pick-up window, they questioned it and were confused!! If I hadn't seen the error, I'd have paid $6 over my order!!

Food is flavorless, service???? You order through a kiosk and then have to go get your own cups. Atmosphere????? Mcdonald used to be a happy place, bright colors, happy characters.....now is is gray and lifeless...just like their food....this is not a jab at the local employees...it is fully a disappointment in the corporation itself.

Literally never get my order right. I asked for a total she told me to pull ahead. I asked again because I'd like yo have my payment ready. Was not offered a receipt. I called and complained who wants to bring kids back the wrong meals. They said i didn't have my receipt so I couldn't get a refund. I don't know why I keep trying. It's in a small city with no other options. But please have your employees pay attention. Now I'm stuck with $30 worth of food no one will eat.

Went through drive thru Sunday order a steak bagel wanted to sub scramble there's a button on the cash register ,you should be able to order the item all the other McDonald's do it

Drive thru was bad wasn't listen to me I had to say it four times i told three toys kids toys multiple times and so did my mom and then had two different people try to take care order then when we already ordering then we get are stuff then there was only one toy then I went inside to tell them they kept telling me I said under three toy I didn't they were not going to help I had three kids crying I was not going to deal all that I work at McDonald's for six years and I know and this is wrost McDonald's I ever been at need to be retrain people have them listen better to there customers not argue back never going back there again I told my alot people they had problems with the McDonald's and messing up food over over again so need work McDonald's

Had a big storm yesterday and I work 12 hours before having to come home and shovel. Was feeling lazy, McDonald's hit me with that good good baby!! So thankful for service industry workers!
