Nelcan Electric

We recently contracted Nelcan Electric to upgrade our panel to 200 amp service. Throughout their work they were prompt and professional. Communication with the team was excellent, both Penny and Nelson took care to ensure my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The lead electrician on the project, Terry, worked quickly and efficiently, and left his workplace clean and organized at the end of each day. Highly recommed!

This is the third time we've had Nelcan out to do some electrical work for us. This time it was for a bathroom renovation, so it involved moving a light and installing an electrical junction for a powered mirror.The electrician from Nelcan let me know when he was coming, came on time, worked cleanly and efficiently and was able to do everything I asked and more. The finishing works was the same, on time, efficient and therefore, very reasonably priced, cheaper than I had guessed. When was the last time a trade cost less than you thought?Impeccable work, Nelcan will get the call any time I need anything electrical.

Your technician is one first-class gentleman who knows what he’s doing. I’ve met many tradespeople and he is, perhaps, the most polite and “get down to business” one I’ve met..

Needed an outlet fixed and called Nelcan after my friend recommended them to us. Easy to submit a work request online, got a super quick reply the next day (offering same day service, but I was away from home), and we had an electrician come by a few days later. Terry figured out the problem asap and fixed the outlet. He was done in under 15 min - super polite, efficient and great to work with. We will definitely be using this business again when we need some lighting installed!

We used Nelcan Electric in late Aug to check all the outlets and electrical connections of our new home and re-wire/pigtail where necessary. The electrician (James) and his apprentice were professional and courteous. They both worked efficiently and were thorough. They did not drag out the job and were done in one day instead of the estimated day and a half to 2 days.I also contacted the office several times with questions prior to the job and the front office staff were always helpful and patient.We will not hesitate to use the company again if we have electrical issues.

I am so thankful that I was referred to Nelcan! We have a custom light fixture in our business which has been glitching for a very long time. I have not been able to get anyone to help us until Nelcan came to our rescue! They are extremely professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Our experience was great from start to finish. The person who answered the call was super and Nelson got back to us right away to schedule an appointment. He was very prompt, knowledge and friendly. We were looking for help with connecting fire alarms and he gave us advice on how to solve the problem on our own, to save money. Will definitely call him in the future for anything needed and will recommend to everyone!

I am so glad to have found Nelcan Electric to help us with all the work we needed to have done. We have an old house, so there was a lot of work to be done to get it upgraded.I reached out and Nelson quickly made an appointment to come check out our place and helped us figure out what needed to be done. I have to say that I was so impressed with Prabh. He was quick, polite and did a great job. He explained things clearly without being patronizing and was more than ready to clean up the very small amount of mess, tidying all of the packing and waste - It is rare to find such excellent service.
