Stopped in on a spur of the moment decision to get a long overdue haircut. Steph was really friendly and accommodating. She listened to what I was asking for and gave me one of the best cuts I've had in years. I will absolutely go back to her. It's risky when you have just moved to the city and don't know where to go. I've had some awful cuts at discount shops, but this cut is excellent! Well done, Steph!! You made me feel amazing!

The healthy lady at the reception is so rude and the customer service was terrible .I went in the morning the lady was absolutely free but she did not care about a single thing I was talking about .Will not recommend going to this place .

This place is a hit or miss. I think this salon pressures the hairstylists to go as quick as possible. My hairstylist was lovely but she was running behind in her schedule and rushed. She didn’t take the time to listen to me, did exactly what I told her not to do and botched my haircut. I was in shock and she was more worried about the next costumer who had been waiting. Now my hair was cut too short, it cannot be fixed and I’m going to have to wait patiently that it grows back. I’ll go somewhere else next time. I didn’t realize it was a cheap hair salon where they use special techniques to go quick. It’s just not worth the risk.

Went to Choice Cuts on a whim and had the best haircut and lowlights ever! Super friendly staff, very clean environment with a very good selection of product to purchase. Thank you Marilyn for your top-notch expertise- you are truly a breath of fresh air! Love my hair!! Half the price and double the satisfaction of the spa I used to go to.

Walked in at 7:27pm and asked to get a men's hair cut. The girl was sitting behind the counter on her phone. She looked at the clock and said no sorry. I went down and got at hair cut at modern barber. Walked back at 7:52pm and the girl was still sitting in the same spot. Come on... where did customer service go... don't you want to make money? I don't get it.

Got my hair fixed from a barber shop in town by the manager Kirsten at this salon, She did an amazing job and did exactly what I asked for. She went above and beyond to make sure my hair didn’t get fried by the perm solution since I had previously had it done the day before, she gave me a shower cap for free so I could still shower without getting my hair wet until the 48 hours were up. Highly recommend this amazing lady and her salon.
