I recently had an outstanding experience at Sunridge Mazda dealership in Calgary. Although I didn't end up purchasing a car, the level of service provided by James and Tony was exceptional and worth mentioning.James, one of the sales representatives provided the best experience we have had and seen. He is the person to go to about any car questions and needs, and will provide you with exceptional experience. He was greatly helpful in understanding the different models and gave myself a wide variety of options that fit my wants and needs. He is the person to go to and I can’t thank him enough for all the help and work he put towards helping me.Tony, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with. He provided me with information about the financing options available and patiently explained the different terms and conditions. He was transparent about the costs associated with each option and addressed all of my concerns, even though I didn't end up financing a vehicle. He showed professionalism and dedication to providing excellent customer service.I would highly recommend Sunridge Mazda dealership to anyone in the market for a Mazda vehicle. James and Tony's expertise and genuine care for my needs made my car browsing experience enjoyable, and I felt valued as a customer despite not making a purchase. James from sales went out of his way to accommodate us and work out a deal that matches our needs. Jamaal from financing was very prompt and helpful. If there was an option for no stars I would have clicked it. The salesman I dealt with when buying my car lied about multiple items, and did not have sufficient knowledge of their products. The service is what will make me never buy a Mazda again. They kept my car for two days and fixed nothing. I only found out by calling to see if the car was ready and inspecting what was to be repaired. The service tech (for whom they won't give me a name) yelled at me when I asked about items not being fixed. The GM did nothing besides say I understand you never coming back to this dealership". They have been a nightmare to deal with

Went in to upgrade our vehicle. Sunena was very accommodating, friendly and made our experience getting into a newer SUV very smooth and stress free. Highly recommend this dealership!

Pleasant salespeople and no pressure. They want to make sure you will be very happy with whatever vehicle you purchase from them and would like you to recommend them to your friends and leave positive reviews. They are all about customer satisfaction. I haven't purchased from them yet but am considering some of their pre-owned inventory.

I just picked up my new Mazda 3 Sport & I love it! My entire experience at Sunridge was excellent, right from sales (thank you Zeeshan) through introduction to my new car. My old Mazda was a 1991 323, so there is a big learning curve with all the new technology, but I am looking forward to it. I brought the old 323 here for service for many years, so I am confident that they will continue to take good care of me in the future. Thank you to everyone at Sunridge for a great experience!
