Salty Blonde Bagel Bar
Great sourdough bagels, food and coffee. The barista was able to make some Cortado’s for us even though it’s not on the menu (see pic). Great quality food items too; we had the breakfast bagel sandwich and the deli ham and turkey bagel. A nice bright, open and airy place inside. Highly recommend.

Salty Blonde Bagel Bar
This once Italian Restaurant has found a new life as a Bagel bar". They have repainted the outside and redecorated the inside. They have certainly improved and freshened its once dilapidated look. When I saw the change I thought it was a great idea since there are no other bagel based restaurants nearby. Yesterday I decided to give them a try and popped in for a take out bagel and cream cheese. I ordered a pumpernickel espresso bagel with flavoured cream cheese. It came in a styrofoam burger type container. The bagel was very good. Crunchy on the outside and soft and meaty on the inside. The flavour of the slow sour dough fermenting process came through. The cream cheese was ample. I hate stingy amounts of cream cheese that some places give you. Overall it was very good. However

Service was fantastic and the sandwiches were fantastic. Loved the twist on the cream cheeses they had and the boozy cocktails were really good. Finally a great place in Barrie. Look forward to coming back!

The cutest place to get bagels! The overall atmosphere and vibe of the place was super cute and minimalistic with a nice interior. There were a lot of options to choose from for sandwiches, bagels, drinks, apps, and more!I tried the American Egg sandwich and it was delicious! Totally recommend!

Ordered takeout and my jaw dropped when I opened the 2 containers. Ordered the Lox Sandwich (house smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, cucumber and dill) First thing I will say is this Sandwich was a pure work of art like a famous painting! I didn't want to touch it and just stared at it for a few minutes. The presentation wow and then it was loaded with lox and cream cheese. The taste was outstanding . Amazing flavours! The dill took this to another level!! Also ordered the Sesame Cheddar Corndog (cheddar cheese stuffed all beef weiner coated in a cornmeal batter and deep fried with sriracha mayo and sesame seeds). This corndog was humongous! It needs to featured at the CNE! Great taste and that Sriracha mayo was soo good. I could have used another container of it honestly! I will definitely be ordering from Salty Blonde Bagel Bar again! So so satisfied!! :)

Such a cute place! The bagel sandwiches are delicious and the coffee is excellent. If a place knows how to make a proper cortado, i am always impressed! The bagels are made from sourdough (we bought 12 to go) and the decor is very chic and modern. I highly recommend it!!

Salty Blonde Bagel Bar
Visited for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. We shared the potato pave, the summer salad and the open faced bagel lox. All the food and bagels especially was phenomenal. I’d also recommend their lattes with the maple vanilla syrup! Can’t wait to come back.

Salty Blonde Bagel Bar
These bagels are divine! This is exactly what Barrie was missing...a good bagel place. I grew up in Thornhill and bagel places are plenty. Salty Blonde bagels are officially one of the best ever. Crisp outside, soft, light and chewy inside. The sea salt adds just the right amount of saltiness. These are my new favourite bagels!! Glad I ordered 18 of them!!

Surprising location, relaxing environment, great service and wonderful food. I don't know of another place in town that can rival the quality of the bagels or cream cheese on offer here.It's a shame it took me so long to visit; don't you make that same mistake.
