We have ordered multiple times from here through skip the dishes. I am not sure what happened to the quality as now we have gotten pizza and wings from here. The last two orders we got it appeared to be stale or reheated. This time it tasted like a ton of salt was added. The wings looked like the moisture was sucked out of it.For $80.00 bucks for Wings, Panormous, two sauces and Some brownies you think we would get good food.You have lost a loyal customer and heck you may not care. But this is very wrong.

This location is the worst. They always get the order wrong. Ordered in person got a wrong order. Ordered via skip and got a wrong order. The staff usually have girls they know hanging out in the restaurant so I guess they are too distracted to do their job correctly. Will never order from this location again, I will drive the 15 mins to a location with proper service.

Great place. The young associates are friendly and great advisor's. My teenage daughter love their pizza and wings. The place is rather clean. Unfortunately, no place to dine in. Only take out.

Ordered here last night and it was just awful. We ordered the triple treat box and the only good thing was the boneless chicken bites. The pizza lacked flavor and we barely ate any. The breadsticks were inedible - tasted like cardboard. And we upgraded to the cinnamon rolls and they were so disappointing. You could tell they were frozen previous and re-heated. Nothing fresh about them. Won't every order from this location again.

Horrible quality control at this location. Pizza hut pan pizza's are among my favourite but unfortunately at this location I was embarassed and disgusted when bringing this pizza home to my inlaws. They literally cooked a hair into the pizza. Pizza hut or Health Canada should do an inspection of this location.

WORST LOCATION. They never answer the phone on purpose. And they blamed the driver when they forgot to put my sauce in my order. Like as if the Uber driver would drink the hot sauce alone. So unprofessional.

Amazing food and service at this location. I’ve always been a pizza hut fan but recently I had some bad experiences with other pizza hut stores but that isn’t the case with the store on keele & Sheppard. Staff here is super-friendly, have never disappointed till date. I’ll recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy a real pizza hut experience.
