Recently went here and had a horrible experience. The lady did not give me what I had asked for (all I asked for was a wash) as she claimed to be too busy, I looked around and it was kinda empty. The cut was uneven and only took 5 minutes. I feel for this I should’ve been charged less (I wasn’t) since I didn’t pay for any hair products and just for the use of scissors and a chair. I will NEVER be back.

This was my first visit. Very positive. My hair dresser was fast and efficient and friendly. Very clean environment. I will definitely return.

I went in to see if they had time to cut and thin my hair, it was 30 minutes till closing, and since my hair was extremely (and i mean reallyyyy) long and thick, I didn’t expect them to have time! But, I was greeted and brought in right away by a lovely lady, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. I hadn’t had my hair cut since 2018 and she seemed rather excited to be the one to cut it off, ahaha. She took off over five inches and thinned it, in a matter of 26 minutes!! And it looks great!! Extremely impressed by her, that’s for sure. I don’t believe I’ve ever left this business without being more than satisfied with my cut. Lovely hairstylist, extremely reasonable price and damn, she was fast! But she was also super friendly and didn’t make it feel rushed. So happy I chose this salon!

I like my hair cut with a razor, but for some reason it's hard to find people who will do it. When my former hairdresser decided to leave the place I used to go, I tried Head Experts. I was lucky enough to find Rachel. She knows how to do a razor cut and does a great job every time. I hope she stays there. Today is their first day open after all the Covid restrictions and the line up in the parking lot was just too large. They will only take appointments at this time for colour or more involved things, and cuts are only first come first serve. Will be glad when things get back to normal!

Absolutely disgusting. More than once I have gone in and they are more concerned of getting people in and out. I asked for a wash so my hair would be even because it is curly and she said it would cut better straight if i wear it straight. My hair was a complete mess when I left. An uneven hack job I could have done it better at home. Disgusted.

It was a great time. The staff is super friendly Tara did my hair this time and I couldn't be happier!!

I have curly thick hair that’s not easy to cut, and a specific style I was looking for. Sonya took her time to do a really great job. I just love it!

Never again first enouncter was her co worker asking if she was ready “yea i guess” also she couldnt be bothered to do the cut i wanted “too hard” asked for v she cut straight across my back. Asked for a straighten she told me no it cost more. Rough kept clipping my expensive earrings and when i said yea i could afford the straighten she took the apron off me and proceed to walk away and glared for not tipping. I called from the parking lot to speak to the manager coworker told me the manager was the one cutting my hair wouldnt put her on the phone and laughed at me and hung up. If you cannot do the style someone is asking then dont touch their hair simple dont just do whatever and expect to be tipped for it, pft!

This is the first haircut I have ever had where I have loved it as the stylist,Trish, was cutting it. My hair is fine and thinning in areas-now it looks full of body. I had to go with a short cut, shorter than I've ever had and it is awesome. So easy to style. I totally recommend Trish and Head Experts. A fabulous cut at a fabulous price!
