Rip Off- So, if you do a cash sale they charge you a 15% re-stocking fee. I was going to purchase 4 x19L for a home sealing concrete sealing job then in talking to the sales person he recommended 5 and said I could return any extra. I ended up using 3.5 cans and when I went to return the extra can was told it was a 15% charge ($32.36) for re-stocking take it or leave it. I wish they would have told me that in advance and I just would have bought what I had estimated I would need. I find that a little sketchy.

Terrible customer service.Sales guys misled me. Insisted I needed 3x more product than I actually needed. When I found out I didn't need so much, they (including the manager) refused to take a return on the extra.To the owner, since I see you comment on every review:The extra wasn't even a large dollar amount compared to my total order. And I was likely to spend much more at Brock White in the future (not my first time spending money there either). Now I definitely will not be returning. Your lost future business is definitely greater than whatever cost you may have had to incur by taking a return. That's the result of poor customer service.

My partner did some work building and installing a gate in lumby. He and used Brock white for supplies for their thin veneer and concrete caps. Everything thing went smooth from ordering to pickup. We recommend Brock white and will be using them again in the future.
