Excellent windows

All seals gone on windows after only approximately 8 years. They were hired by the previous owner of this home to replace them. The owner of Superseal Marc Arseneau gave us the run around for over a year after only partially completing the job and giving us a mismatched door. After calling several times and no returned calls he claimed he is bankrupt and has started a new window company. He refused to finished the job even though the previous owner already paid him. I even booked a time for him to come and give us a quote under the new company as I didn’t have many other options. He didn’t even bother to show up.

Horrible service, à vrai dire aucun service du tout. Plus de 20 000$ en porte et fenêtre et les cadres ont travaillés après 2 ans seulement. C'est affreux, nous les avons contactés a plusieurs reprises et la réponse c'est: On va aller voir ça, on va arrangé ça, 2 ans plus tard toujours pas eu de services.Je ne le recommande à personne, aller plutôt voir T-RIo porte et fenêtre de Grand-Sault qui ont un excellent service après vente
