Chris and Adam are the best realtors!! We moved to Calgary from the US and were new to the area and they were both so kind and helpful! We are also first-time homebuyers and had tons of questions. Tammy is simply amazing! I engaged her to help me sell my house and I would recommend her to anyone. In fact, I can't wait for my parents to be ready to sell their house so Tammy can be their agent.My home had been extensively renovated and I wanted to get the greatest sale price out of my investment in it and because of my personal attachment to it. There were additional challenges in selling because the house was rented to 3 different tenants with a total of 4 large dogs. I interviewed several real estate agents and all, except Tammy, told me to evict the tenants and call them when they were out of the house. In stark contrast, Tammy stepped to the plate with positivity, and ideas and strategies on how to sell the house with the tenants and their dogs still in residence. We have worked with The Good Agent twice now in the past couple of years.Our first experience was mainly with Chris in selling our condo a few years ago. It was a really tough market, and we had been with another agent for several months before being referred to Chris through a friend. As soon as our contract was up with the first realtor Chris took us on and worked his magic. He was very practical and informative in his suggestions for ways to better present our property. He even helped to move furniture in and out for staging! He managed to target the right clientele with a well presented listing and worked hard to find us a buyer with a reasonable offer.
