This was an absolute fabulous buying experience; we first heard about these EVA bikes when my brother-in-law and sister-in-law in Williams Lake purchased two via the Kelowna warehouse...and we were happy to find a way to get them through the Victoria warehouse.Prompt, accurate and timely communication with Viktoria throughout the research process, and great (free!) delivery to Nanaimo earlier today, with careful explanation/set-up. Wonderful experience throughout and above and beyond in terms of price, quality and attentive customer service.
