- I reached out to this dealership through CarGurus and was really excited to discuss a Honda Odyssey they had for sale.-I received a text message saying that I could come in. I explained that I was from out of town and would like to start with a phone call with one of their sales reps.- I tried calling in but received voice mail.- I went back to texting with the receptionist and asked to have a rep call me when they were available or schedule some time to talk. I was told that I have to keep calling because clients in the store have priority.I don't understand why it was so difficult to talk to a sales rep. I'll keep looking for a vehicle elsewhere.

I put up my car on sale and I was contacted by Rodolfo S. I have to say one of the best customer experience I ever had. One he gave be an amazing offer for my car, secondly I could not go personally to the dealership before end of the week and he set up a driver to pick up my car. I live 1.5hours from Boucherville and he said not to worry and he sent drivers. He kept me posted when my licence plate as soon as it got cancelled. Thank you for your excellent service and I will definitely recommend anyone to go see him.

I would say deceiving. They push the silver package saying everything will be done (mechanical) they show exchange within 7days or x km's however mechanical issues occur later they no longer accomodate, exchange they show you a different paper with a specification of certain conditions. They basically push maximum amount of fees with verbal promises and then define fine print when its time to deliver upon a problem.I would never go back there nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Called to ask about one of their used advertised vehicles, and Fredric confirmed it was available, so I told him I'll be driving from Ottawa to come and test drive it and agreed on a time and left my contact information. Arrived there, and Fredric introduced me to one of their sales rep. David is nice and polite but apparently was new there as he was checking out with his manager to answer some questions. Anyway, the first shock was when he said that he has to check if the car was still available!! Told him I have an appointment to test drive the car and drove all way from Ottawa. Luckily, the car was still available and was able to test drive it and then agreed to buy it. The purchase process after that wasn't smooth at all till I got lucky, and my file got into the hands of Emelie Marchand a client experience specialist.Prepared all my paperwork very quick and got me to leave with my new car without any stress. If you want to buy used car, then this is not the place for you!!! I bought lexus is250 f sport 22k plus tax dollar car, and they didn’t fix it properly! After a test drive, i mentioned what to fix, and they fake promised me. The car goes left and right, engine light came back in 2 days, they didn't fix my PCS instead they deleted it from the system! Its not even a month yet that i bought the car! They will lie and do anything to sell you a car! Be careful…

AVOID THIS PLACE: Reserved a 2023 HRV in July 2022. By February 2023 I still did not receive my HRV. I never received any updates and had to call the dealer myself each time to get any communication. Any time they said they would look into it and call me back they wouldn’t and each time it was a different story. “The car is coming, it’s arriving soon, no it’s not, there’s a part missing, there was never a car it’s TBD”. Each call another lie. The sales manager Jean- Francois avoided calls and emails from both myself and Honda Canada who ended up getting involved. I then learned they re-assigned my VIN to someone else!! When I went to cancel my contract after 6 months of waiting and the General Manager didn’t even have the courtesy to discuss the horrible experience I had with his dealership.
