Good construction company.

Horrible workmanship. Bought a house from the slumlord and had to to put thousands into it which he agreed to do before the sale. And now I continue to pour money into it to make it a rental asset. It is hard to beleive a person or 'company' could rent out a property in such a state of disrepair. Sad when the previous occupant had a dish washer and it couldn't be used but the only issue was their star employee failed to cut a tab off the end of a drainage pipe.Now the property is flanked by one of the many un kept rental units I'm Glace Bay. Which basically the tenants which are mostly the poor and international students trespass and park vehicles on my property because that property doesn't have parking.
