Update: thank you to the amazing worker who made my blt and habanero wrap tonight. She made it excellent and loaded. It's much appreciated having some good Ole comfort food having to be in the hospital. Much appreciated:)Everyone I spoke to there were so nice. I asked for extra jalapenos, and they were very generous. I also ordered ahead and everything was ready. The spicy chicken wrap is amazing.I hope they keep their Tim's bowls. Habenero jalapeno bowl was the best.Thanks for the great service and great food!!!!!

My last visit there I asked for the nutrition information for their food as my uncle needed it so he could properly set his insulin pump. The employees said they did not have one and I would have to look online, and were very rude about it. I believe that in a hospital nutrition information should be highly available as there are more people with special nutrition needs being served.

Been coming here for the past 3 months but in the last month the level of service has decreased considerably.Today I bought the bacon cheese melt, it wasn't cut, there my brother a patient had a difficult time holding it.Also purchased 2 chocolate exclaims, they weren't separated in the box with wax paper and there were no services.I also had 2 medium hot drinks but Had to ask for a tray to carry them.This also happened to an older lady with a walker behind me.It seems may some training is required

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Service is quick. The food is the standard fare Tim's; they do serve the full range of options including soups, wraps and sandwiches. Open 24 hrs which is also a huge bonus.Access to the cafeteria is also here, which is lovely; big glass windows, lots of light, adequate seating options. Generally not overly busy or loud.

Place is almost always sold out on something. Melts are nothing more than soggy bread and cheese. Potato wedges are very dry, and bordering on inedible. The elderly lady at the serving counter seemed rather unfriendly and rude.
