Sept 20 - 23 Stopped at this store on my way through GP. Ordered 1 mozza mushroom mama burger combo as well as a baby burger same thing no cheese on either fast forward 30 min, past beaverlodge and cheese on both burgers called the store gave them my order number off the reciept and my name they said the next time i was in town they would replace it. Fast forward a month its Oct 20 stop in to collect my burger they say they cannot find the slip in the book so i will have to produce the reciept or pay AGAIN. So because the manager cant do thier job and document thier book properly i am being put out that is garbage. Will not return to this store.

I think one of the reasons I went back to A and W was because they brought back the whistle dog otherwise I probably would have just bypassed them and went to another fast food place

Rocky needs some manners! Didn't once acknowledge me, just singing to herself ( sounded like a dying coyote ), then dangled the bag out the window with one hand, looking in the opposite direction, waiting for me to grab it.....

Ive gone to a&w for years. This morning at 5:30. I had my usual bacon and eggs. Same thing everytime i go. Something happened this morning that went totally wrong. Ive always thought a&w's utensils were made from paper. I found out they are made out of wood. Fork broke and i swallowed and lodged in throat. Spent 4 hrs at hospital removing. Not going back there again.

Re reviewing this place after 5 years the management amd staff have went down the toilet stood in line for 5 mins not a single person came out if the back. Could hear them all gabbing and laughing but no one came out. The door dingers were operational amd uniquely loud. No excuse poor service..

Brought our 1934 Dodge to the Burgers to Beat MS event. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was cool and clean.

Couldn't actually place an order. Stood at the counter for about five minutes, as well as several other customers, to be ignored for drive thru service instead. Disgraceful.

The service was lacking. A smile goes a long way to make the customer feel welcome. The coffee and onion rings are great though
