I went into get dental work, which one of the issues was getting my biggest molar tooth pulled. In doing such procedure the dentist had the clamp keep coming off or whatever it was that was happening. Well anyway the tooth got extracted, after the freezing and such came out I noticed that I am missing a big piece of the tooth directly above the one I had pulled, I brought this issue up but was meet with no comments or remarks to it in any manner. So I ended up losing a tooth due to her error.

Stay away from them. They overcharge and when you raise questions they don’t even know how to address them, moreover they will cancel all your appointments.

I've been a patient, at the Victoria Park Dental Clinic, for the past 20 years +. The QUALITY of DENTAL CARE is OUTSTANDING, EXCEPTIONAL, FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL.Over that period of time (of 20 years), I requested two new partials. What Dr Reid prescribed were BRILLIANTLY ENGINEERED. They are OVERWHELMINGLY LIGHT & COMFORTABLE. They are a PERFECT FIT ... IMPECCABLE is every sense of the word.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND the Victoria Dental Health Clinc.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had a number of poor experiences with questionable practices by staff. But now they are refusing to let me book a cleaning because I am pregnant. Absurd. I’ve been cleared by my Obstetrician for ANY dental work, let alone a cleaning. Not only is this NOT evidence based practice but it is HIGHLY encouraged for pregnant women to have regular cleanings and be seen by their dentists, as poor dental health DOES have evidence of poor maternal outcomes. Really makes me wonder what other practices and policies they have that are AGAINST EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE.

Always had positive experiences. For someone who doesn't really enjoy going to the dentist, Brittany (I think?) always succeeds at making my appointment comfortable and pleasant :)

Worst experience. Non cooperative staff.I went for my cleaning and the hygienist Synthia started manual scraping of my teeth. When I asked her why she was not using machines, she said that for that she would need to gear up more( covid protocols). Because of this it took her 2 settings to finish my cleaning.Moreover they charged me same units of scaling with all manual effort what I would have got with scaling of machine. How is one unit manual scraping same as 1 unit machine scraping? Because of this my insurance maxed out and I ended up paying from my pocket.The receptionist wouldn't listen, and talk super rudely. Instead of helping she started suggesting me I could change my dentist and then kept asking me where I would want my files to be sent?Worst experience for the second time.I would never ever recommendMoreover they sent me message for my husband's appointment being canceled. They said that I canceled the appointment for him. When I denied and said that they could speak to my husband regarding his appointments, first they tried to put blame on me that I canceled for him, later they said we are dismissing him because of you. Would they like to dismiss all of my relatives and friends in that case?
