SASKATOON EYE SURGEONS

We had our infant boy scheduled for the appointment 6 months in advance. We are told to be prepared for the 3-hour appointment. We come and are not seen until 30 minutes later by the optometrist, NOT the ophthalmologist who we came to see. After 20 min of vision tests we are told that NOW we can get the pupils dilated and wait for ANOTHER 3 hours.How can one camp at the doctor's office for 4 hours with an infant?! Something needs to be changed in your practice.

The wait time is insanity. When we take my younger daughter, it takes about 4-5 hours from start to finish.The peds part is disgusting. I dont think anything has been cleaned in years.I'm grateful for all they do as no other eye doctor can see my daughter (as far as I know) as she is so young, but I know I cringe everytime I get a slip saying we are due for a visit. A day I in no way look forward to

Dr Ravi and his team are awesome. You might sit and wait and bit, but that is because they are being thorough with each and every patient when I’ve needed extra care it was provided if all it was the normal it was a nice In-N-Out visit with Dr. Ravi and his entire staff being very pleasant.

Dr. Ravi is very knowledgeable and polite. His tech team is pleasant. Dr. Ravi investigated my eye complaint thoroughly and identfied the issue after running a series of vision tests (including an eye ultrasound in clinic). He was quick to arrange an urgent CT and neuro consult that day. I'm very thankful for Dr. Ravi and look forward to working with him and his team at future follow up appointments.

He 8s a very good dr. Ut it's really annoying he keeps us waiting for HOURS sitting in his waiting rooms while he goes fr room to room or talks on his cell

My husband saw Dr Ravi N today at the eye clinic in the hospital and it was a very unpleasant experience. The resident that was doing the examination and procedure had some difficulty so the procedure took much longer than it should have, and required help from Dr R. N. He had no patience and was very rude to my husband, who had a very sore eye from the lengthy examinations and was having significant pain during the procedure. Also, he performed the procedure in his street clothes, as it seemed he was impatient to leave. See someone else if you have a choice..

Recommend everyone to switch to Dr. Rubab. She is way better with children and the wait time for appointments is significantly less. We had to drive in from regina and we waited over 5 hours for Erraguntla to be visibly irritated with our babys cooperation and for her to tell us we needed to come back another day (he was only 6 months at the time and had just been in a waiting room all day). Keep in mind this was 3 years ago and we have been seeing Dr. Rubab ever since that last appointment. Making this review now as I have seen others with similar experiences and thought I should share mine.

First of all I would like to thank whole heartedly to all the staff at this clinic. Right from the reception to the doctor, outstanding experience.Especially, Dr. Erraguntla and Dr. Noor for their exceptional way of handling and accommodating us at the earliest. For us it was an emergency situation as my son is running out of age for the right treatment that is required.We at first spoke to Dr.Noor, she understood our urgency and stress, we were in as a parent. She gave us an appointment at the earliest. At the appointment, she started with the required procedure and in detail explanation of each and everything.Then we met Dr. Erraguntla, with all the reports that Dr.Noor gave her and my son's previous case history. She did all the tests that were extremely important part of the entire process. She did the thorough inspection of the reports and did some tests herself to make sure of the right details. These kind of procedures takes a lot of time and that's how it can be done the best way possible. And she did, clarified all our doubts and made sure that we had all the answers we were looking for so many years.As a parent, we can't thank enough to Dr. Noor and Dr. Erraguntla. For parents in distress, like us, she is a light at the end of the tunnel. Not because it was positive for us and they helped us by going out of their way. But for the knowledge and professionalism they portray.WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Saskatoon Eye Surgeon's. Esp. Dr.Noor and Dr. Erraguntla.It's a time taking process but to spend few hours for such a delicate part of your body it's definitely is worth.

I've seen two different Drs at this clinic. Both were absolutely amazing. They were kind, caring, and extremely thorough. Yes the wait is long, every time, but they fill up quickly with emergencies and will do emergency surgery same day, in clinic for their patients. I think these Drs are some of the best in town and their staff is great as well.

We brought our 10 month-old for an appointment with the ophthalmologist. We were told it would be a 3 hour appointent. Luckily, parking is 3hour parking. Waited 4 hours until we a couple of pictures were taken, then waited another hour to see the ophthalmologist, who took 1 look at our child and said ok
