Impact Home Design
What a great service! Taylor at Impact Home Design was great to work with since the begining. He came in person to evaluate the area which I wanted to renovate, took measures, etc. He was very knowledgable, easy to work and communicate with. He did drawings for the whole property and the drawing for permit under Saanich Municipality. Which was approved as well. I really recomend Taylor -Impact Home Design. You will not be dissapointed.

Impact Home Design
Best building design service in the Greater Victoria area. Taylor went above and beyond when working with me on my house plans. After having dealt with a few other companies it was a great relief to find him. Easy to talk to, responsive, knowledgeable, great attitude, transparent and reasonable pricing. I wouldn't think of working with anyone else on any future projects.

Impact Home Design
Impact home design is great company, we had a very problematic time with a renovation permit in Saanich. Until we got a hold of impact home design, Taylor was able to help us with short notice we found him to be very organized with great advice he helped our permit and planning process go smooth. to top it off we found his pricing to be quite reasonable.
