As a 78 year old car enthusiast, I have had my share of problems with trusting many car dealerships I have used over the last 50 years. However, that changed when I brought my new (to me) 2017 Mustang V6 to this dealership. It needed various serious repairs that I hoped would be covered for free pursuant to a 6 month extended new car warranty that I purchased when I bought the car a couple of months ago. I found the service staff and the owners to be polite, friendly, and professional. They honoured the new car warranty and completed the repairs in a timely and efficient manner, so I have no hesitation in recommending the Larry Renaud Ford dealership in Harrow to anyone who needs to have their car serviced/repaired.

Awesome service folks. We got there with a flashing check engine light on on motorhome. Obviously were not regular and local customers but we still got the best service. Jeff, the mechanic did the diagnostic quickly, got the parts in a timely manner and put us back on the road within hours, even if we had no appointment. If they do that great service for customers they may never see again, the service for their regular customers must be amazing.

Egotistical or Just ComplacentAnother car dealership practicing the art of hubris.Too pompous to answer an inquiry sent regarding a vehicle “advertised as a classic car” on not only their company web site but on paid car sites designed to attract clientele across North America.After filling out the online form we received an email indicating we would get a reply within four business hours…….The business owner may claim they responded and that my email was invalid – That is a complete false hood as we did receive an email promising a response in four business hours…….And no I will not provide my personal cell phone number to be placed on yet another spam list or risk receiving incessant phone calls from a sales department that will not respond to emails but proceeds to call on the premise that they have a “too good to pass up on deal on over stocked inventory they need to move out by month end”Similar to many other dealerships – the online form appears to be only a method to collect potential client contact info so they can then use that info to send out not only dealership but manufacturer Spam…….It has been said; One never gets a second chance to provide a first impression!”

Went here for an oil change on my F150. I had my own oil and filter as the truck requires specialty oil and they didn't have any issues with that. It was much appreciated as some Ford dealers have refused to change my oil because I wouldn't be using their in house oil. Thanks Renaud Ford for the great service, fast work and well priced oil change. Would recommend these guys and will return when in need of service. On another note Shane at Renaud RV just next door was a great guy to talk to while my truck was being serviced, a wealth of knowledge re travel trailers! I also recommend to stop in to see him if you're in the market for an RV.

Wouldn't return phone call for an estimate on making & programming a key for my Edge..

I have been with Renaud Ford since 2017 and have had nothing but an excellent experience with this dealership. It started with the sales department quickly and efficiently getting me set up to purchase a new vehicle. They are very accommodating answering all my question and find the best fit for me. This has continued with 4 yrs of excellent workmanship from the service department, starting with Phil at the service desk, to the mechanics on the floor. The whole service department works hard to get my vehicle back to me in a speedy manner. I would and have recommended this dealership every time
