I am so impressed by this company. Their products are beautiful. There is a lifetime warranty on the products. They honored this warranty and repaired my 15 year old faucet without hesitation. Above all, the customer service is the best I have experienced. Emails are promptly answered and everyone is helpful. Life would be easier if all companies were even close to the service offered by Rubinet.

Great company with great customer experience! I showed up at the company with a Rubinet faucet from many year ago that had a broken part and Pat in Customer Service did a fantastic job in assessing the faucet and finding the replacement part. I reinstalled the faucet and it is working great! In summary, this is a great company, with great products and great customer support. What's not to like?

A lifetime warranty is only as good as the life of manufacturer. Robinet replaced broken hand shower within 7 days of request. Responsive, personal service 14 years later.

We bought Rubinet for our master bathroom 13 years ago. While it still looks stylish and has held up well, as expected the shower heads had some wear and tear. We were beginning a renovation, but still really liked our hardware. So we contacted Rubinet customer service and the models we had were no longer available. Amazingly within three weeks they had machined new matching shower heads and shipped them as part of their warranty! The products are beautiful and functional, but the customer service support is A+++. Couldn't recommend this brand more!

I highly recommend Rubinet as a company that stands behind its products. I had an issue with our rain shower arm, which had been purchased by the former owner of our house over 10 years ago. Pat in customer service was extremely prompt and helpful in providing a replacement part with no hassle. He also gave me some great advice about adjusting the alignment of our faucets, and followed up with an email including the owner's manual for the correct model without me even asking.

I purchased 2 exquisite faucets for double vanity and accessories for our newly renovated bathroom. They are beautiful and ornately detailed, finished in polished nickel. I have had a couple of issues with the finish on them but customer service has risen to resolve my concerns. Your customer service is first rate, prompt, attentive and efficient to complete customer satisfaction!Thank you Pat and Ken for following through. I love my fixtures! I have the most luxurious bathroom!

We have been trying to get replacement parts for our Rubinet hardware and we had no luck after repeated emails and phone calls to Rubinet staff. Very disappointing especially when living with plumbing issues and contractor organization. Only option now is to remove Rubinet hardware and replace it with a new brand.

Recently we had a tap dripping problem. On contacting the company we explained our problem and sent in a picture of the faucet as requested. We dealt with a service rep( Pat ) and we had a quick response from him by email. Ceramic cartridges were sent out the same day and arrived within 48 hours to our home. The quick reply and service we received was fantastic. Rubinet is great company to deal with when one has a problem.
