I called around to pretty much every other fastener supplier in the city and the woman at the order deskhere was by far the friendliest, most professional and knowledgeable. She really went above and beyond to source what would have been a small order that none of the other shops could be bothered with. Unfortunately what I needed couldn't be found here or anywhere else I called but Mid Canada will be getting all my business going forward.

Big Milwaukee guy, earlier in summer was looking for Milwaukee lawnmower.. called 4 different places and these guys were the only ones who had it in stock.. used to get tools from home Depot but mid Canada has much much better selection... Went back today to get a few tools home Depot seems to never have in stock any moreDefinitely my new favorite store for Milwaukee

The staff were all very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. When, as a woman, you want into an establishment where the culture is male-dominated (power tools and construction for instance) the experience can be unpleasant and even downright intimidating. NOT here. There was no condescension. I was not ignored. I was served very promptly and politely. And I got serious well-informed answers to all my questions. They even gave me a small discount on my purchase. Kudos to the staff and management at Mid-Canada. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be back for future power tool purchases.

I ordered a Christmas gift online from Mid-Canada Fasteners to be shipped to Ontario. The item I wanted was sold out everywhere, and I was lucky to find it on their website. I was worried it would not arrive in time since it was coming from Winnipeg and I ordered it 10 days before Christmas, but it arrived with more than enough time. Their staff was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, and they even phoned me to let me know when the order shipped. Brett was particularly helpful, and it was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this business, and I will definitely be shopping here again.

The staff are friendly, well-informed and efficient. Prices are reasonable and, as a women, you won’t be ignored or patronized by the people there. BIG plus in my books. I bought a power tool there a couple of years ago and it needed repair so I brought it in. It was repaired promptly at no charge. I will always recommend this establishment for all your power tool needs. Well done Mid-Canada!
