Heather's Bakery Cafe

If you want to know what heaven tastes like it's Heather's butter tarts! Nice little bakery and the coffee was good. We shall return.

I eat here rather frequently. Usually go for the sandwiches, which are top notch. Favourites: sundried tomato and turkey, brisket, turkey club. The treats are to die for! They sometimes have pumpkin pie brownies that are unbeatable! I love this place.

The baked goods here at fantastic but the staff are not the greatest. Some are very nice and have served me many times with a smile on their face and have helped me with selections but a few are rude and rush when I am the only person in the cafe and don’t seem to care at all. I am giving this a 4 because the baked goods are great and some staff can be amazing but some are just rude.

Im not a fan of leaving negative reviews, however, this was about the 7th time I came here and the staff was rude, so I feel the need to make this known to others. I travel about 40 minutes to get to this restaurant because I enjoy their soup and fresh baked goods. Every single time I've been there, the staff has been very unfriendly. Today was the last time I'll be going as I've now concluded that the food isn't good enough to ensure the unfriendly and rude atmosphere. Altogether majority of the staff is rude, today one girl was friendly for a change, however, this other young girl was very rude. I can't even believe she works with the public. This particular girl is there all the time; she looks about 15 years old and is never ever decent.

I get to Georgetown once a year and a trip to Heather's is a must. They have great baked goods and some main dishes to take away. Then while you are making the decision about what to buy you can sit in for a coffee and a desert.

The staff is always super pleasant and it's always bustling! It's nice that they have such a variety of options and can make to order. They always have ample stock of baked goods to choose from if you decide to just stop by and pick something up. Our tummies are always happy!

There is no better spot in Georgetown for lunch. Its importance within the community cannot be understated. To have that much good food at such competitive prices makes it an oasis in Georgetown's gastronomic desert. When Heather goes I go.
