Spectacular customer service the lady that was working told me of another store if i couldnt find what i was looking for. Which was very nice of her. I appreciate her help and she suggested another place to see if i could find what i was looking for. (which she didnt have to). Excellent costomer service. I ended back to engavedx and was very impressed with lady who was working there today. Thank u for ur time!!!

Was specific about timeline when I needed a keychain engraved. We’re having Christmas extra early because my son is being deployed to Poland due to the Ukraine war .I would prefer them saying they can’t get it done on time instead of not getting it. I ended up cancelling the order. One less Christmas present for a family member

Lisa was absolutely phenomenal! During a tough time in our world and even a tough time with loosing our gramma.... Lisa was quick to respond and assisted me in finding exactly what I wanted for my nani (grandma's) funeral. She was professional and prompt. I'm writing from Calgary Alberta as I could not make it to the funeral in BC. She made everything simple and streamlined. We need more shops and people like Lisa.
