Lund Parking

Our experience was rushed by the owner. Didn’t take the time to explain that they are parking place with valet service. Instead I asked if we could park our vehicle there to have lunch at Nancy’s Bakery. The response was , you have to pay me $20 first for the day by a staff member. Rather than one of the people on site explaining there services, and telling us we can’t park next to a building he told us he needed to move our vehicle not us. Then when my husband said he didn’t want anyone moving the vehicle the manager told my husband very loud and rude to take and park his vehicle on the road across the street, went into his office snd told his employee to refund our money. I walked over to the office and asked them to stop the refund as we didn’t know it was a valet service as this was not explained. Again the manager walked out of the office and rudely said I don’t have time to explain as he was too busy with too many vehicles to move. Just would have taken 30 seconds to change the attitudes and first impression we received. Our vehicle was delivered to the dock as promised but our keys were left inside and vehicle unlocked. Not really a secure drop off either, not explained either.

Good service, reasonable price. Dropped the car off at the dock for us when we were ready for pick up. Will park here next time.

We were very confused upon arrival & for about 15 min after that. A random man (which happened to be an employee) walks up to us & asked if we want to park. So of course we're a little stand offish because we know how to park our own vehicles. He never introduced himself & never said the name of the company. So who is this random guy? This was followed by about 15 min of confusion not realizing this was a parking valet service. The 2 men were telling us we couldn't park where we did (we never saw 1 No Parking sign) just to leave the vehicles & they will park them....why would we let random people park our vehicles? We didn’t know about the valet service until the owner barked at one of my friends who was stating he didn't want anyone to drive his car at which the owner barked, (Very Rudely!!!), This is a valet service. If you dont want me to drive your car park it over there by the lamp post." THAT WAS when we learned it was a valet.None of this stupidity would have happened if:1. If there was a business sign. If there is one it is unseeable.2. The man that came up to us should have Welcomed us to the Lund Valet Service.All that was needed was"Hi my name is......

Friendly and convenient service.Booked spot online. Dropped car at the office giving departure date and time. Car was waiting for me at the water taxi office up on arrival.100 per cent positive experience.Thanks!

Undependable service. He did not valet our car at the time we asked him to and he did not charge it. We walked up to get the car and he only refunded us for the charging.
