It was my first time going to Nova Vita and it was great! Sophie did a fantastic job with my hair. She was very thorough and gave me great advice for styling. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

I always have a great experience at Nova Vita, the staff and management team are all so welcoming and lovely. I had Sophie cut my hair today, and she did an incredible job. I highly recommend Sophie and the entire Nova Vita salon!

I came in to get extensions done with Sophie after a terrible experience at another salon. She was so incredible!! She truly cared about making the experience right for me despite the fact that another stylist did the damage. She was patient and communicative throughout my entire experience. I was astonished with the final result, it was more than I could have hoped for! I would absolutely recommend going to see Sophie for extensions and any other styling service!!

I had a great experience! It was my first haircut in 7 years so I was nervous, but Kaylen did a wonderful job! Even when I had some tears from anxiety, Kaylen was super calm and nice about it. She gave great suggestions and showed me several ways to style my hair on my own. I'm so happy with my hair!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!! I wanted to get the keratin treatment so I called for a consultation. I had to end up calling 4 times over 2 weeks just to get a response back. I finally got an appointment, 3 weeks after I had initially wanted the treatment at this point, and the hairdresser never showed up! Even after leaving a $100 deposit for the treatment. There are a lot of salons in London, don’t pick this one!!!

I love going here! The front staff are really friendly and welcoming, and Kaylen is a great hairstylist! Even though I go in for a fairly basic trim, she always has plenty of advice on how to style it on my own and products to keep my hair healthy. She's fun to chat with and makes the experience amazing :)

I had a great appointment with Caroline to get my hair cut short - it was a wondeful experience! The place is nice and the staff are professional and experienced. I appreciated that Caroline informed me of each step in the process before she did it. I looooove that I was able to book my appointment online, that was definitely a bonus. Looking forward to coming back!

I have been getting my hair styled here for years for Elizabeth noels fashion shows and I am always so happy! By far the best staff I have ever met, super out going and they encage in great conversation! Ive always had a positive experience here. A great place to come for prom/grad hair up-dos. I have an appointment next month to get my hair coloured with Margo and I'm super excited! Great salon

Leaving this review much later than intended (apologies) but I got my hair cut many months ago. This was a big change for me at the time as I had long hair but wanted to go for a shorter cut, Chelsea was so great and assured me through any hesitations I had. She did a great job with the cut and I was very pleased with the results, and still am! Thank you!

I get my hair done here for events with Deyana and she’s the absolute best! She’s so calm & professional & knows exactly what she’s doing. If I show her a picture of inspo I want she does it to the tea so effortlessly! I absolutely love her and you can really tell she’s SUPER passionate about what she does!!!!
