Fully fenced. No trees/shade in park. Gate was frozen open (Feb. 2023).

Riverside South Dog Park
My dog and I have been loving this place lately. It has a big, fenced in field for the dogs to run, play and explore in and all the humans and dogs we've encountered so far have been very nice and friendly with us. Great place for dogs of all sizes to get socialization and exercise!Beware of muddy days though, light coloured dogs won't stay that way!

Riverside South Dog Park
For being a smaller alternative to Bruce Pit, this is a good place to go, especially if you have anxious dogs that have trouble socializing. Recommend to bring some water as there are no water lines to keep your pup hydrated

Riverside South Dog Park
Unhappy with our first visit to the only fenced in dog park in the area. Not maintained. Not secure enough to let an off leash pet. Such a sad location.

Riverside South Dog Park
Needlessly to say that t location of the dog park is convenient to the neighborhoods, however lately there has been more and more dogs with aggressive behaviours which led to a few incidents. Be extra careful when playing if your dog isn’t one of the big size.

Riverside South Dog Park
Good park, although I haven't been in the 4-6 pm summer hours so not sure if it's a crowded bloodbath at those times. Owner and dog interactions have been positive so far but I am not going often at the mercy ment since my dog has a torn ligament. Fencing is in good shape. The door is just a tad bit high off the ground to accommodate for snow in the winter (very small dogs should be watched near the door but it has the double door system so it's not too bad)It's fully grassed and from what I've seen drains well after rain. The fence height is also very high which should keep dogs from jumping out during a winter with a lot of accumulated snow.

Riverside South Dog Park
The fenced area is good and the garbage bins are conveniently located. There is no water fountain. Most of the dogs that come here are big dogs and some of them play too rough and draw blood. This is not a one time occurrence. I will not be coming back here.

Riverside South Dog Park
Nice size, square, fenced in lot, double gates to get in/out. I went at night when it was empty, I imagine it gets a good amount of people and dogs during the day since it's in the middle of a neighborhood. No where to sit ( you're supposed to be with your dog anyway but a couple big rocks would be nice. ) Not much shade here, the two shade trees they planted inside the fence line are still very small. Overall good spot

Nice fenced area for dogs. But still some of the big dogs are too aggressive without supervision.
