The craftsmanship and product were excellent. However, the after sales support was terrible. We had a custom TV cabinet made and one of the hinges holding the glass cabinet doors kept detaching. We've contacted Calibri twice to get it repaired but both time they did not show up and had to cancel at the last minute. This is extremely unprofessional as both my partner and I had work and had taken time off to be at home during the scheduled appointment. After these two incidents, they stopped picking up our calls. When we finally got a hold of Boris, the owner, he told us that he is not responsible for warranty repairs and it's not his problem. After complaining, he said he will come take a look at it and set up another appointment time. It has been over three months now and we are still waiting for a call back.
