The customer service rep basically tried to present one primer as the only one available ($72/gallon). After some pressure she admitted they had another primer and it was half the price. These kinds of sales practices make me look elsewhere for service. Be honest and respectful about what options customers have instead of trying to upsell your customers.

Don't buy discounted items because they are clearly defective. Example, roll of green tape that shreds rather than dispenses. Paint wasn't mixed properly with streaks of white in it.

Fantastic experience thanks to several long visits with Ronda (Rhonda?) at the Kenaston location. My 14 year old daughter wanted to repaint her room but had no real idea what she was looking for (trim, walk-in closet, walls... and ultimately colour ideas for new furniture and accessories).Ronda helped my kid figure out her interests and develop a colour scheme. She provided us technical and design advice, and ultimately walked us through getting everything done. She always kept one eye on me to be sure nothing was too crazy but also ensured my daughter felt fully in charge of the creative process.Ronda's knowledge of products and colours is fantastic but even better is her understanding of people (particularly teenagers) and how to help them develop ideas into reality. Just super.

Orders 15 gallons of paint and it was absolute garbage. All they said was we don't know why it's so thin

Great service. I was looking for an odd ball request, trying to get cheap paint to use in my airbrush art. The very nice lady was most helpful with some technical information and sold me a couple of gallons of mistinted high quality paint for $10.00 a gal. More than enough to experiment with.
