Thoroughly impressed with Dr. Deangelis as well as Tatiana, Hygienist for their excellent care and chair side manner. It is so important to have a strong and trusting relationship with anyone in life and Oral Health provider is no different.From the first greeting in the door, the new patient exam and then the cleaning, the experiences was the best I’ve ever had, going to the Dentist.Search around as you should, but I would argue it would be hard to find a better practice than Towngate Dental Clinic. Like any business, the people really make this difference and this clinic is no different.So refreshing!Kudos for providing stellar care and amazing chair side manner.

Was having a horrible amount of pain and recently moved to Ottawa. Heard wonderful things about Towngate Dental Clinic, so I phoned and they made an appointment quick to see the Dr, and to be my permanent Dentist. The receptionist Kate is so caring and nice to talk too and is Fantastic. The Dentist assistant Tatiana is so friendly and a great person and gentle with your teeth. The Dentist, Dr D is fantastic. She took her time with me and was gentle and explained everything she was doing and what our goals are for the future, a dental plan. Cannot say enough good things about Towngate Dental Clinic

As long as Dr. De Angelas is practicing, I’ll be a patient at her clinic! The most amazing, compassionate, polite, professional and knowledgeable Dentist I’ve ever had. Her staff is amazing, friendly, and accommodating! I very highly recommend changing to this office if you’re in need of a Dentist. And by the way, she’s not only a talented Dentist, she is also a very talented in Cosmetic Dentistry. My teeth and smile look amazing because of this lady! Thank you Dr. D!

If you’re a nervous dental patient- truly this practice is suited for you. I’ve been a patient at Towngate Dental for 20 years. The standard of practice is exceptional from the front desk service to the actual dental services. Dr. D’Angeles is a patient practitioner, sensitive to your individual needs and confident in her ability. They have been accommodating many times when I’ve had a situation needing a quick look. I have recommended Towngate several times to friends and family.

At age 90, I have finally found the perfect dentist. I almost look forward to more dental problems. A trip to yjis dentist is a real pleasure. I have recommended her to all my friends.

I have an extreme fear of dentists and dental procedures, and made sure the staff knew this ahead of my appointment. The hygienist was amazing! She paused when she saw my anxiety levels ramping; she explained everything she was doing and why (bonus points for the why). The dentist came in and was just as understanding. She explained exactly what she was looking for, what she saw, what the priorities were with my treatment, and what might need a specialist. She did not push for any decisions to be made right away. In fact, she encouraged me to not think about any of it until my next visit and she had a chance to really look at the problem area and then we could discuss options. Options! The last dentist I saw just dug in and did whatever he felt necessary. And then, when I was leaving, even the receptionist asked how I was and how I made it through. She processed the insurance claim and let me know she would contact me if anything went awry; we booked my next appointment and she gave me a few minutes to “get myself together” before heading out the door. It’s been a looooooong time since I have had such an amazingly comfortable and compassionate experience in a dental office.

Best dental care in Ottawa, from staff: receptionist to dental hygienist and Dentist. Very professional, take time to explain you well all the procedures. Highly recommend.
