The Job Squad, Junk Removal & Demolition Services

After moving into a condo in Kamloops we had accumulated a substantial quantity of cardboard, styrofoam and plastic that had to go for recycling or trash. It would have taken me many trips to the landfill with my van until I found these folks online. They called me back immediately and arranged to come first thing the following morning. Eric and his teammate arrived right on time, were polite and professional and had everything loaded and on their way in 20 minutes including a couple of discarded appliances. The whole transaction was a pleasure and turned a nasty half day job into a breeze! Highly recommend them!

Edited to add that we hired Job Squad again this year and they continue to be the best. Prompt to the minute, clear communication, quote to the penny. Nice to see Eric again and chat with him; not only is he an incredibly efficient and hard worker with an honest and clear manner, he is a friendly guy. The young man assisting him that day was also excellent. Owner, I think, stopped by briefly as well and he was extremely professional and courteous. Will definitely hire again.***In researching removal companies I noticed that these guys took their social responsibility seriously enough to temporarily close in order to flatten the curve of Covid-19. That alone made them a small business I wanted to support now that they are back at work, but in addition to that, the Job Squad is a pleasure to deal with. Clear, responsive communication, friendly, accommodating, flexible. Eric showed up precisely at the time agreed upon and made short work of my yard and garden debris. He checked in to make sure he was covering everything I wanted, was a cheery, hard-working and positive guy, checked again before he left to make sure I was 100% happy. Fantastic job. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely hire again and recommend wholeheartedly.

I had three large concrete fence post bases left over from a new fence installation. These post bases were very heavy and difficult to move. The two men showed on time, wearing COVID-19 masks, assessed the situation and went about removing all three pieces. No easy task. I was very happy to see them finally gone. I will use them again and would recommend this company to anyone of our friends who would be in need of a similar service. Thanks guys.

I was in need of junk removal services, but I was a vast distance away and had to rely on other reviews and gut instinct when scheduling.  Well let me tell you,  The Job Squad is the real deal. The owner was very responsive with communication and put my mind at ease. It was a positive experience working with this business, they were very honest, professional, reliable and super friendly.  I would highly recommend their services - The Job Squad is awesome!

John was great to deal with, super friendly and professional. I was able to get in the next day and have my mattress removed. He also took into consideration that I am a student. I would definitely use them again for any future needs.

Hired John and his crew for some concrete demo and removal. They responded promptly for my request for a quote and after showing up when promised, kept me informed of progress. Very personable owner who looks after his crew. Highly recommended for any service they provide.

From speaking to the team on the phone, to having them on our property, the guys were amazing! They were conscious of our neighbour's yards(we are close quarters here for large vehicles), and they were super friendly and well mannered. The two younger guys that came with the truck were quite happy to wave at our 4 year old through the window. They cleaned up, and even fit us in for a second load. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Live in rental suite of house and had some garden waste and small amount of junk that needed to be disposed of.Found The Job Squad online and called them up.They scheduled a time and date which was the very next day as needed to have junk removed as asap. They were here promptly at time scheduled.The owner of company was very friendly, courteous and charged a reasonable rate.He informed me that they have senior discounts and that if I use their service again, I can get the senior rate & I will be added to their list of customers.I was very pleased with how they handled everything and that they were very efficient.I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of this type of service.You would not be disappointed.So glad I found you guys and will definitely use your service again when I need it. I'm posting this for my mother in law Elaine Evans and myself. She is living in victoria and had 2 large storage containers to clean out in kamloops. There were many calls, quotes, after hours calls and arrangements made. We had to leave all the garbage etc at the storage yard for this company to pick up. They were so helpful, efficient and professional. Everything got done without us there and the bill was as discussed. Such a pleasure to work with the owner and his team. They really went the extra mile for our family during a tough time. Good, honest reliable company. Very highly recommended. Thank you for everything.
