Bought 3 pairs of kids shoes for back to school. Thought it was a good deal, but all 3 of them disintegrated. Ended up being low value, expensive for the quality.

Their shoes are not comfortable at all and they have bad stiffness in their soles and rough fabric is used inside the shoes, which causes your socks to wear out quickly.The sellers and management of this store treat you politely until the product is sold, but after a week, when you return their low-quality product, they do not accept it at all and treat you badly.

Went there today to purchase 2 shoes for my kids. I was patiently waiting for my turn to ask for a size and when it was my time I was rejected right away that there are no sizes available and the sales lady was in a hurry to accomodate another customer. I understand they were busy but I saw them giving extra service (putting on the shoes to the customer) and can't even help me find a decent size for my kids. I guess my purchase is not valued by them or just the color of my skin? Lol.

I faced extremely rude behaviour from the manager, she was even not treating her junior colleague well. I bought one sneakers and she literally pushed the box towards us after we were done paying. Extremely rude. Unacceptable. Owner should take action against the manager.

I bought a shoe from them lately. It was good for the first or second day but it started to hurt my foot. I tried to return them after 19 days but they didn’t accept it despite their 30 days of return policy. So dissatisfied with their costumer care.
