Didn't end up buying anything because my girlfriend is picky (I may break up with her), but the staff at this location exceeded customer service standards. Everybody was delightful and assisted me in multiple ways with recommendations and suggestions. If I wasn't planning on breaking up with my girlfriend I would go back and buy those items for her that the staff picked out, because they were just incredible.

The quality of their clothes are outstanding!! I love their turtle necks and their leggings are really nice!

My experience at Suzy's square one location has been exceptional good. The manager here, 'Myara' she was so understanding, willing to listen to, and ready to offer alternative options as a resolution. Just because of the good customer service I received, I might decide to visit Suzy again

It’s really bad experience in Suzy store in square one location. I would highly recommend to everyone don’t visit on that location ever. It’s really ridiculous behaviour of the staff over there. The lady she was saying she is the manager whose id is 911693 I ask about her name when she misbehave with me but she refused to share her name but it’s her id 911693 she is such a mannerless employee over there. Even she doesn’t know how to behave or talk with the customers. I don’t know who make her manager but with her disappointing behaviour I don’t look her as a manger because she doesn’t have any etiquette. I would highly recommend please boycott to visit at this location.

This store is fantastic i got a blue floral jumpsuit from this store miriyah who i believe is the manager was awesome and getting it for me and in my size first attempt she is pleasant and wonderful and really brings a good vibe to atmosphere it felt like i was at home trying it on

I had an amazing experience at this location, I love the offers, variety of clothing and the staff is very friendly.

Wish I could give 0 stars to the pathetic manager named TANYA at the SQUARE ONE MALL MISSISSAUGA outlet who does not have manners to talk to their customers. I had a small grocery cart with me when I went to shop in the non peak hours. This mannerless manager came to and rudely asked me to keep the cart outside. I understand it's their policy but you can't be so rude to your customers. She declined to share her name as if she owned the stores. Extremely rude staff. If the Suzy management is reading this review please investigate in this matter and teach some basic customer service lessons to your staff. I will never go for this brand again for sure.

HiI am so frustrated with what happened yesterday. I came to the store to return an item I purchased from Dixie Mall where staff told me about the timeline I have for return and exchange, I bought the item last Friday . The Lady at the square one location said I only get a gift card and no refund when I asked but I want refund not a gift card she said this “well is our policy”. I went back home and checked the website, there is nothing like that written and that lady clearly just lied to me. In addition that she is very rude. Never coming back to this location again.

First of all, I have never had to give one star review! on top of that to my favourite store!Here’s what happened today May 25th 6:30/7:00 pm :)I go to the store and right away see a dress. That I really needed to get. The info of the dress (Embroidered V-Neck Tulle Occasion Ball GownLt Blue / Small)There were about 4 of this dress in larger/XL on the racks! And one small but on the mannequin.I do not know the policy and not sure if it’s true but the dress on the mannequin is small which I been looking for.An employee which I unfortunately was not able to find out her name because she refused to provide her name, said she’s the assistant manger and she got off the phone with the store manger that she’s told not to sell me that dress off of the mannequin!Well again I don’t know the policy. But I know how to not disappoint your customer. The employee respond was “it’s a lot of work for me, so I cannot do it”. Which by the way completely threw me off. She first mentioned her policy and then said it’s a lot of work and she isn’t willing to do so.Very hurt actually because I drove for an hr to get to square to your store and to hear this.

This location has had challenges with providing good service in the past.Thankfully they have a new management team and the service is beginning to improve.Although we expect great customer service, we also have to keep in mind that as a customer we need to be respectful as well and not have unrealistic demands then call it bad service when things don’t go our way.You can’t always expect to get something that you’re not willing to give in return.
