Customer service here is awful. Waited in line for over 30 minutes and was greeted with attitude once it was my turn. Somayeh needs training on how to be more polite to customers.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Saba at my local Staples store, and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the store, Saba greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome.Her knowledge and expertise in the store's products were remarkable. She patiently listened to my needs and provided me with invaluable advice and suggestions, ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. Her deep understanding of the different options available and their willingness to go above and beyond to assist me was truly commendable.Not only was the employee incredibly helpful, but her friendliness and positive attitude throughout the interaction made the entire experience enjoyable. She took the time to explain various features and functionalities, making sure I had a clear understanding of my purchase. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident.Furthermore, Saba demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills when I encountered a minor issue with a product. The store would be open at 10am. Now it is 10:21. It's still closed. It's said the manager forgot his schedule. Terrible!

Terrible customer service. Lost my return order and didn’t try help at all. Told me it’s not on them and I need to figure it out in my own. Gave me the runaround for other a month and problem was never resolved.

What an absolutely terrible experience with staples Canada. Customer service and store employees were no help. My order was cancelled, I had to reorder and was told it would be ready in time for Christmas however it is still not ready so my parents will go without a present this year due to unsatisfactory service all around. I am so frustrated with the lack of information that all employees were able to provide. Not only was my order cancelled but no proper reason was given for why and the coupon codes that were sent did not work. I have called and emailed and still no help to the point where one employee hung up on me for no reason. I understand that things happen and I also understand that everyone is stressed and busy around the holiday however no one was helpful or knowledgeable about my order I placed weeks ago. I’m so unsatisfied with this experience that I will not be using this service In the future.I hope the system improves so that no one has to deal with this in the future.

I had an amazing experience with the staffs of this store. One of them ‘Mehrnaz’ guided me perfectly and gave me wonderful offer, Another person ‘Ali’ helped me respectfully to find the best option and making right decision. Their customer care and services were great.

I was a palled by the staff in the store. They shut the doors and lock them before closing and they made me walk through the entire mall to get out when my car was just on the other side of that one door I asked them why are you locking us in before the stores closed and they said well we’re short staffed and I’ve got a lot to do. And where are you? Park is not my problem. The lady I was dealing with was Azadeh and would not open the door for me to get out. I can understand short staffed I have staff that work for me but closing g the door to the parking lot 15 minutes before closing and marking people walk all the way through the mall to access the parking was way over the top. The lipping off I received when I asked about it was too much. I never do reviews but had to say something as other people were trying to access the cars and she would not let them out. I asked another staff and he just looked at me and said sorry not willing to let me get out either and simply tries to avoid the situation all together. Big fail for this staples today.

Ali is knowledgeable and always ready to help any customers.My computer broken down, he was so patient and have answered so many questions, even tested my power adapter and found the problem.He is able to work multiple tasks the sametime. After he realized I would have lots of questions, and found out there are other two customers are needing help, he asked me waite a second, helped the other two customers, than came back to me and answered all my questions.Definitely recommend this location!

Somaye was one of the workers at Printer section and she was extremely rude. manager didn’t even apologize for her attitude toward me and it took an hour to get my print done plus that she made me so angry because she yell at me and was so rude.Better to not hire anyone for customer service and put some training for your staff for god sake
