Lose the high pressure salesmen harassing your customers as they walk in the door trying to con you into a credit card. Its quite annoying and it doesnt take one minute" like they say. They sucked me in and it took 45 minutes of my time and i still never got my card and i have a good credit rating."

Terrible customer experience. Nothing Canadian " about this place at allMost products are imported from Asia and are cheap plastic knock-offs. Staff untrained to know where anything is and people who barely speak e glish or French follow you around in plain clothes as anti theft floor walkers. I'll never go again."

I went here at the end of a very, very long week. To top off the week, my water heater blew up. While shopping around to get the tools I needed to fix it, I became overwhelmed with options, choices and fatigue. When I went to check out, I realized my phone was missing- along with all my cards. I assumed I had been pick-pocketed. The woman working the till ( she had a little cough and stutter) worked to keep me calm, helped me be logical and search- and to realize I had left my phone on a shelf in another department! She just generally worked to help me get my head on straight. It wasn’t her job, but she saw I was having a hard time and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you, I appreciate your compassion and help.

Brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change today, told the service advisor I would be waiting for it. It took them 2hrs to complete a simple oil change. This is the last time I will be using Canadian Tire in Duncan.

Wow. Great experience in automotive department. Brought our new to us trailer over from SSI for an RIV inspection. Because of ferry timing we were over an hour early for our scheduled appointment. Scott was super accommodating. He got us in and out in 15 minutes. He new the RIV program very well and helped us understand the inspection process. Definitely recommend.

I bought an electric cooler that plugs into your lighter and and it was not what I thought it was going to be. I. Actually thought that when the car was shut off. I could keep it plugged into my later. But apparently you can't or will kill your car battery so it was no good to me. And I was able to bring it back with no problems.
