Service was good and timely. The guy (sorry don't remember his name) even rinsed off the front floor mats which was nice. I just wish that the cost for a window chip was uniform between the corporate locations and franchises as it would have saved me some money!

The technician at Glass Repair & Replacement Bolton was very knowledgeable. He came here to take care of our house window repair, and we were impressed with his quick and accurate work. In addition to that, he was so friendly and respectful. The service did not cost us more than expected. It was our first time using this company, and we will surely get in touch with them for future windows and door repairs.

To be honest my experience started off horribly. No fault to this specific location. The call center booked me an appointment over the phone i show up and it’s closed. They are only open tuesdays and thursdays ! They did take care of me though as they squeezed me in the next day at my convenience for time and threw in free wiper blades ! Guy in charge is a boss thanks for taking care of me .Cosimo

Had a stone chip on my windshield and I went through the insurance to have it repaired. Craig was pleasant to deal with and did the job very well. Hopefully I won't need service again but if I do I will come back here.

I had a ding in my windshield repaired in the fall and the service was very fast, and the staff was very friendly. I was so pleased with the service and was waiting for a survey but I think I lost it in my inbox. I was concerned that the repair might not fully fix the problem as there was already a bit of spread and I was informed of the risk of a crack propagating. I understood the risk there but I was reassured that the cost of the repair would be taken off the replacement cost if it came to that. Well, the winter has been particularly harsh and the repair held up for many months but recently a crack grew and I had to get my windshield replaced. This service was, again, very fast, easy, and friendly. I was given a quote over the phone when I called and was given an appointment very quickly that suited my schedule. My new windshield is amazing! I'm so happy with it. I'm hoping to not get anymore window damage but I'll know where to go if I do.

Drop-in chip fix. Fast and quick service with insurance claim. No cost to me. Princess Auto next door so easy to go away for 1 hour while the work is done. Recommended!

Extremely professional, excellent quality, and detail oriented. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was quick, clear and successful. Turned a stressful situation of a cracked windshield into a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them for all your car glass needs. Thank you very much!

Would give them no stars if I could. Drove there this morning as it stated they are open till 5pm just to find out they are only open Tuesday and Thursday. I think someone should learn to update their website. First and last time for me.

I would like to start off by saying I was extremely impressed with the service I received at Speedy Auto Glass in Bolton, and highly recommend them.I found out about them on the web - a stone had chipped and cracked my windshield over the weekend and I was really hoping to have it fixed on the Monday because I had a busy couple of weeks starting the next day and feared I wouldn't have the time to take care of it for awhile if it couldn't be fixed on the Monday. My windshield has heating elements built into it to warm the wipers in winter - so with it being an unusual windshield for a not-so-common car (Subaru) I thought there was a slim chance I would get it done that day.I called Speedy at 8:30 in the morning and a very friendly woman named Stacey informed me that their suppliers had the window in stock and it would be delivered to them in a couple of hours. Sure enough, when I arrived for my appointment it was the correct window - I left my car there at 2 and received a call from Stacey at 4 to say my car would be ready in half an hour - which is the time she promised it would be ready by. Her customer service was fantastic, I was very impressed by the job done by Kevin who did the installation as well. The windshield looked great, my rearview mirror and satellite radio antenna (as well as the service stickers that were on my old windshield) were all reinstalled as they had been, and all the windows in my car including the sunroof had been nicely cleaned. I also asked them to apply Aqua-Pel on the windows, which they also did a great job of. Stacey also helped deal with my insurance company. I don't often write reviews for this sort of thing unless I feel the service was exceptional - and I definitely feel that was the case here. I would definitely encourage anybody to use Speedy Auto Glass in Bolton!

The service is awful. I tried arranging an appointment though Aviva insurance thought the website. DON'T. This location is not setup. No appointment when I showed up. They do NOT return calls. I called 3 times over two weeks, not as if I did not give them a chance to call back.Go to a different location and use a different insurance company.
