In September 2021, my partner and I were in St. John's from Corner Brook for work-related reasons when halfway through the trip obvious strut and brake issues developed. We were frantic to get the car to a garage before driving back across the island as we had only 2 days left until the weekend. Turbo Tech Auto really came through for us and offered to see the car ASAP. They kept in contact with us about the proposed jobs and were transparent about the associated costs. Within a day they had everything fixed up and ready to go. I can honestly say I've never had better service than this!

My breaks went in my 2015 BMW 4 series about a month ago so I went around to a few garages to get quotes. Every garage quoted me at $3000+ and also said that there was so much more wrong with the car.I called Turbo Tech and they were able to get me in right away, the price was much lower and they didn’t find anything else wrong with the vehicle.You honestly cannot beat the great service. Not to mention every single person working there is so friendly and inviting ♥️

Told them I needed my hand breaks checked because they weren’t working kept my car for a day with only getting to check it the next day. Called me back with a whole bunch of things saying my control arms needed to be changed but my hand break only needed cleaning giving a charge of over 1,000$ for the whole thing.Told him to just deal with the breaks & later I took it to another mechanic changed only one thing instead of the entire arm checked then break, which supposedly they fixed, they did such a bad job after charging me 200$ they did not even fix the hand break it was missing a part and it still did not work. They were good but the service has gotten bad and the prices are a scam.

I decided to hit up this shop back in October when I needed some new winter tires, they were super friendly and easy to deal with! They will literally go through lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. Had my tires ordered and me booked in the following Monday for installation! Everything was great! Hit a pot hole last night and popped a tire and messed up my rim, called them when they opened the next day and they had a new tire and a new rim ready by the end of the day saving me SO MUCH trouble. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone hands down! As long as I’m in Newfoundland Turbo will be my go to shop for anything! Oh and they have the cutest dog that greets you when you walk in!

The CLEANEST garage I have ever been to. Great professional service at a very competitive price from professional, friendly, and helpful technicians. Exceptional customer service from dropping the car off to offering me free courtesy ride to my work until my car was ready. Staff always polite, courteous, cheery, and professional. There is a wonderful gentleman called Chris who works there and he was going above and beyond to explain everything clearly for me whenever I dropped my car over. I was put at ease straight away. Once my fuel pump was faulty and needed to be replaced but apparently there was another issue there which they didn't have any way to know it until they took off the fuel pump. They called me right away about the issue with offered me different suggestions and helped me find the best solution at the lowest cost. Work carried out to a high standard. Would have no hesitation to recommend them to colleagues, family and friends.

They kept my car month and a half to change my transmission last summer, and they changed me over 4000 CAD. The problem was that I gave them the car had 125000km, and when I got it back from them, I found the car had 127000km. So they drove my vehicle and increased the car km by around 2000km.

Brought my car in to check what was wrong with it. So they removed the electric/fuse panel and plugged into the car to find out they should send it to a dealer. They gave me a quick call back and were helpful, however they definitely scammed me in charges. They charged 1.5 hours of labor ($150) for <5 mins of work. Would only reccomend if you aren't stressed or in an emergency because they will take advantage of it
