I’ve had nothing but great experiences in Golftown Kelowna. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and obviously passionate about golf.I’ve had two warranty experiences and had the pleasure of dealing with Jameson on both issues. Jameson went above and beyond in his customer service, communication and genuine care to help me out. In my past experiences with warranties(in any business) they’re not always a very good experience and Jameson mad it all go very smoothly.I would recommend this store to anyone looking for the best service in golf

Cliff helped size our son for his driver. The ultimate challenge for our 13 yr old son sized just below women’s clubs & above youth. Cliff was very knowledgeable, patient and honest about the options. He took the time to watch & give him swing advice, breaking it down and keeping it simple. It was a very enjoyable experience and our son is pumped to get golfing with his new driver. Thanks so much Cliff!

Just went in to buy some new golf shoes, in the past they stocked size 13 but now the head office" policy is that they only have that size online? The store guy told me that "they don't have any demand" but then also in the same sentence said "when they come in guys snap them up really fast"!? Sport Chek are better than these guys now."
