Professional delivery and installation on the date and time agreed. Great quality products from Atlas and others. Very good post-sales support. we had minor issues with an elliptical which they fixed immediately with on phone call.We used them for two gyms and would highly recommend.

I am totally impressed with Gym Concepts. I thought I had a problem with the console and the company sent over one of its servicemen on the weekend to help me. He was pleasant, courteous and explained how the console works. Best service possible. Highly recommended.

We had gym floors installed at our Physiotherapy Clinic in Vaughan.Rick was professional and responded quickly to any changes and needs we had.They have 2 locations - one in Barrie and the other in Kitchener.Rick made time to even come down to our clinic to help sort out a small detail for us.Really great service and product. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their floors done professionally with good value.

I am so glad I decided to go with Gym concepts for my gym floor purchase and install. The installer came in on time and his work is impeccable. Everything was cut perfectly.... No seams. I love it!!! So happy. I highly recommend!!!

Came across this business in searching for a bench. The customer service was great. It is a warehouse set up so don't expect to walk in to a retail type store. However, the equipment is on display and the prices are very reasonable. I purchased the Altas AL 4006 bench and they priced matched. Sales are final but I did not hesitate in my purchase. Worth checking out if you need fitness equipment.

The experience I have within the fitness industry so far, commercial grade and retail they are best by far. I have been working in the industry for over 8 years and I have tried multiple services/vendors; I have never been more satisfied with the value for my money then with Christian and his team. Lots of respect for what they do and they are the best again by far!
