Massage Addict

Dont know why i keep giving this place a chance. The therapist did not focus EVEN A BIT on the areas i asked them to focus on. They did not apply pressure at all as they were just moving and sliding their hands instead of actually massaging deeply. They did not know what they were doing at all. The cheap gloves they were wearing felt terrible and made so much noise that’s all i could here. By the end, i was left feeling NO difference at all. Also i was covered in an insane amount of oil. I will not be visiting here anymore and will be canceling my membership

I went to this location for the first time. I’ve been suffering from shoulder pain and back pain for 1 month now. I was in a lot of pain. A guy by the name of sunny gave me a deep tissue massage. He really knew what he was doing. After the massage, I felt way better. The best massage I had in a long time.

I've had enough bad experiences here to say that this place is the worst massage therapy I ever have. Also, they never listen. If you mention that you want to concentrate on your back and shoulders, they will suggest a full body massage.I was in yesterday and the therapist ran in from outside and then called me in (late). The music was SO loud. She even commented on it but didn't do anything to change it. The lights were brighter than usual, Nothing was done to create a relaxing atmosphere.M.I asked for less pressure .She didn't seem like a professional since she kept stroking down in the wrong directions, and doing different motions on different sides of my back. I told her that she has something sharp like a nail that hurt me and she insist that all her nails are ok. I got around 40 - 45 minutes and they charge me for 60 minutes Easy to say - not a great experience and not professional .

Very bad experience with chanel . So unprofessional and disrespectul . I reached on time but 15 min late they started my massage .Her hands are rough and just listening own music . I asked her something she did not reply. . I am regular customer coming from last year but this time experience was worst .
