I have been working with the management and health & safety professionals at Willowridge Construction for a few years. They are committed to providing prompt physiotherapy for their staff to promote recovery from injury. Modified work is provided to support employees during the process. In addition, they evaluate their work procedures and make changes as required to prevent injury. It is a pleasure to work for a company that supports the health and safety of its employees.

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Willowridge multiple times over the past few years. This company gets it! They treat their people with respect and support career growth for their entire team. Its very exciting to see a locally grown company leading the charge on the way construction should be executed with great people and great values. From upper management, to the craft onsite, my experience has been excellent with this group. Thanks WRC!

WRC treats one another with respect. Every department is helpful whenever needed, and communicates efficiently from site to office, and office to site. WRC embraces core values and principles and encourages personal growth. They have a great leadership team, and are a sizeable company that treats their employees like family.

I have been with Willowridge for 3 years. Everyone I have worked with in the office or field has been very respectful and professional. Any issues that may come up are dealt with as a team with the full support of management. It has been great being a part of a growing company with great values and full support for thier staff

Recently I quit my position at Willowridge after working with them for 2 years+. In my last few shifts at Willowridge they decided to demote me from my position of Lead Hand without any constructive warning (ei. Verbal or Written), dropped wage from leadership role to the bottom of the totem pole. Toldme that I had to start from the bottom at base wage.In my role of Lead Hand, I was given no leadership to go to, no safety on site to help with potential incidents that would occur or workforce needing to leave early. I did what I was trained to do which was poorly instructed. The mentorship is poor starting from the bottom and only gets progressively worse. With all this in mind, I would think twice when applying for this company, they can promote you with the snap of a finger and take it away just as fast and ask you to beok with it. This company does not promote a good work environment and I would caution anyone to reconsider their options before pursuing employment with this organization.

I’ve been working with Willowridge for just about a year, and I find the people very friendly. The leads / project management team to be very helpful and always willing to teach. The office staff is always friendly and ready to help. I find it a great place to work !

Worked beside this company for years. Never seen a company promote their workforce faster. They have poor newly promoted supervision that half the time don’t know what they’re doing. This company will lose contracts based solely on their HR department having too much to say with what’s goes on site. They do everything wrong and don’t know how they manage to stay on site for as long as they have. You’d be taking a chance on this company working for you in the future. Restructure of this company is the best option. I can’t see this organization lasting long with the way they run things over there.

Quality is an understatement with this company. I’m lucky that I found this company. Nothing but quality work from them.

I have worked at Willowridge for almost 4 years. My colleagues are a pleasure to work with and everyone is treated with respect. The company values it's employees and if any issues arise, they take them seriously and act to correct them quickly.

Worked for the company for 2+ years. I would say they have favoritism and solely listens to management and not the workers. Admittedly, i did not leave on a great note and site rules were broken. But in this company, the good deeds does not outweigh the sacrifices made. Some people were still given the chance to keep there job but already have been given last warnings, but some that are not favorites" are let go in a blink of an eye. And some leadhands make it seem that employees on other shifts have zero effort yet they are the ones who are actually doing there job. Lack of empathy in this company. Honestly. If you have connections within the company and solely rely on that
