We own a 100+ year old home in Vancouver, and over the years have dealt with a series of drainage and water incursion problems. Other contractors and work done never seemed to totally resolve the problem. We were referred to Legendary Services by one of the premier drainage companies in Vancouver who had nothing but high praise for Tayler's work. Tayler answered our call right away and arranged to come by to do an assessment. He and Josh arrived on time to assess the situation, then explained what needed to be done to both fix the problem and improve servicing in the future. He provided a fair written quote consistent with what we discussed.The team arrived as planned - they are professional extremely efficient, keep a very clean and orderly work site, and kept us informed as to the progress. When a larger problem was detected, Tayler explained what needed to be done, let us know what it would mean to the quote and completed the job on time.We are completely satisfied with the work of Legendary Services and more than impressed with Tayler and his entire team and their approach to ethical business practice. My experience with Legendary service group has been fantastic.With 23 years in the excavation business and vast knowledge of both custom residential Reno’s and new builds as well as commercial and multi family it is hard to find knowledgeable, keen and well organized young guns such as Tayler and his crew.We have never been let down by any of the work preformed on the multiple projects we have included Legendary service group on annually, and will continue to make them our first call when dealing with ground work and service calls.

With the snow melt and recent rains we had water backing up in our crawlspace drain. Tayler and his team were able to clear the blockage quickly, and had all of the necessary tools, including a camera scope that enabled them to pinpoint the issue. They were able to hydroflush away a blockage and saved us potentially thousands of dollars on a possible dig to repair the line. Its draining flawlessly now. Found Legendary service Group on a Facebook post. Had them come out to take a look at why our front yard was flooding. Turns out we had blocked pipes and needed a sump. He was able to give a quote which was less than half of what others quoted us. His crew came and fixed the problems we were having. There were a few hiccups not caused by them, and they were able to work past them and fix the problem efficiently and on budget. Tayler was very good at communicating exactly what needed to be done. Gryffin and Dylan were super friendly and fun to have around while they were doing work, always staying professional. Needless to say they came and they conquered! Can't recommend them enough.

We needed to investigate the condition of our perimeter drainage and discovered that the perimeter drainage (old clay tile) had failed. Legendary presented us with options for replacement and explained the pros and cons of each. With this information we were able to both complete the work necessary and within our budget. I have been in the Drainage buisness for over 40 years and we often find we cannot take on any more projects. So about 5 years ago I hired Taylor From Legendary service group to take on a project that we couldn’t get to. To be honest I was nervous when I realized taylor was a young man but we proceeded. All I can say is don’t judge someone by his age Taylor was very knowledgeable and very professional. You might say he has an old sole he has great work ethics and he takes pride in his work. Believe me those are hard traits to find today. Since that original project I have referred Taylor many many times and he has never disappointed.
