very bad customer service staff served just two person with one parcel each in 30 mins! I went in evening

Lousy hours, frequently rude staff on this post office desk, slow at the best of times, I honestly cringe when I have to go to this post office for a package, It's always 45 minutes of my day, no matter what day. 10-3 on a Saturday for hours?

So the post office in error I wrong Customs item on my package the manager said they would get back to me I never did took my number down three separate times never returned my call once I had to go in over four times to find out that they didn't do anything not impressed now my package was rejected because it took too long and I don't have it

Not a big fan of Canada Post but received excellent customer service from Louise on a package I was waiting on that was delivered to the wrong address.Luckily my neighbors are honest and told me they returned it to Canada Post.When I stopped by it could not be located at the store on Cundles. We thought it had been sent back undelivered which would cost me shipping again to resend from the seller.Due to the weather it never got shipped back to the central Barrie facility for return. Louise called me on my cell at 5:30 pm to let me know they found it, and it was set to go back, but if I wanted I could still pick it up the next day here in Barrie.I appreciate the excellent customer service...Thanks Louise!!

Worst postal Canada ever, I would give 0 starts if I can, the lady who attended is rude and disrespectful, and useless, horrible bad service, they should close that store forever.

It’s very easy to update your hours. Essential in this day and age. Just blew 45 min of my day as your post office says you open at 11am on google. Poor customer service on a regular basis here. Thanks a lot!

I keep going there and its closed like half the time. Very hard to run a business when I get all my packages to ship out, drive over there and it's closed. Come on.

I couldn’t figure out why this location had so many negative reviews until I click on the person giving the review and see it’s their mission to give bad reviews… ANYWAYS. This location is the best! I go here every couple of days for my small business, everyone I’ve come into contact with has been so nice. I was actually there a couple of days ago and I needed help taping a couple packages and adding my shipping labels (since I was holding my toddler) and the employee offered to help and just ended up doing everything for me without question and with a smile! One staff member named Leslie is the best she’s always so helpful and kind, she always helps me with my many packages and it’s nice to see a friendly face every-time I come here. For the negative reviews let’s try and be a little more kind, these employees work hard to get our mail/packages to where they have to go safely!

Lousy hours make it different to pick up items. This is not the first issue I have had with them. First time during their open hours I was told no one was there who could get my package and I would have to come back the next day, if the one person who could get my package was back at work.Zero stars if it was available.

Timing is wrong. Canada post is closed at 5 pm Friday.When I asked one of employee in the shopper’s about their timing he gave me this time sheet. He said this is their timing. If this is Right they should open till 9 pm. If it’s not right they should change this time sheet or they can just hide this whenever they close. Terrible
