We ordered 2 set lunch:Pork knuckle with boat noodle - broth and noodle is good but pork knuckle is hard and chewyMinced pork with egg and deep fried chicken on rice - everything is fine but it would be better if minced pork comes a bit spicy (the taste just a bit too plain now). All side dishes are great (soup and salad)Dessert Pandan crepe - strongly recommend. Very good quality and nice decorating on plate.Good vibe environment, service is great.

I liked authentic Thai food here. The Royal restaurant is outstanding in ambience and services. Quite expensive.

It was my first time going to this restaurant. We ordered a massanman curry with beef shank and a sizzling pork chops with black pepper sauce lunch combo. They came with a small salad, a small soup and a milk tea. Both mango and papaya salad was good. The tom yum goong soup was mild. The coconut chicken soup was sour too but not bad. The massanman curry was not spicy and very yummy. The amount of curry was too little and just covered the beef shank. The black pepper sauce was a bit spicy and pretty good. The deep fried pork chop was good but small. The ambience was very nice and service was good. They don't have a parking lot so I guess you can park across the street by the merry-go-round.

I had a pretty good time here, the food wasn't outstanding to be honest. The seafood was lukewarm when it was presented to us so I didn't enjoy that too much. It was an upscale Thai place so it's def hard to get a truly authentic taste. It felt more fusion Thai cuisine. I would come back.

This was our second time coming to this restaurant, and our recent visit (since their reopening) was better than our first. To start, the interior design of the place is beautiful, from the main dining room, bar, and even the bathrooms. Their new menu was diverse, unique, and delicious. We started with the street food platter for our appetizer (our go-to favourite) - my personal favourite was the satay chicken and fried chicken from that platter. For mains, I would highly recommend trying out their Lobster with Maggi Sauce (chefs kiss), and can never go wrong with any of their fried rice options. Cocktail options are also unique, I recommend either getting Thai Storm or Pinktail Dragon (they also have draft beer options for those who prefer beer). We were taken very good care of by all the staff here, service I would give a 5 star. Thank you for the wonderful dinner experience!

I think this place has undergone renos as they closed for a short time. The decor inside is very nice. The space is not that big so space is a bit tight. We ordered the chicken satay but it didn't have any satay taste. Same thing with the beef lemon grass. There was lemon grass but no taste of it. The groupa, green curry and mango sticky rice for dessert were very good. Waitress deboned the fish for us, a nice touch. Ask for less ice in the thai iced tea.

The restaurant has very nice atmosphere, it is clean and service is good. The food is not real Thai food. We had Curry with chicken… so watery and sweet., chk and eggplant was not cooked properly. The nan was not fresh. Certain vegetables they did not have in stock and had to substitute for Chinese broccoli….if they are going to charge steep prices for the dishes… they better taste good. The prices for dishes does not match the quality of food. I would not go there again for Thai food.

Yummy. Had the tom yum soup, street food platter, pomfret, coconut soup, thai mango coconut dessert, tapioca and thai milk tea. This is for 2 adults and 1 child. They had a la carte and set dinners that looked pretty good for 4 people or more. Everything was meticulously prepared and excellent flavor. Our eyes are bigger than our stomaches and had to pack half the sampler home. The decor is pretty, dramatic and can be romantic. What stood out most of all is the attentive service. Joanne, the manager, checked in with us to ensure we enjoyed the food and experience. 6 of 5 stars for service. Would definitely return here for celebrations and date night. Ps: even the plain rice was great.

I took a picture of my starter. The lunch combo is great. It came with a drink, a small bowl of soup, a small portion of papaya salad. With a big portion of main dish, it was more than enough. The service was great. 4 star rating was because my food came so much later than my friends.

We went to Lanna for a celebration dinner. Our server Joanne was extremely friendly and with a great demeanour. She even took time to recommend us dishes from their menu to make a perfect combination for our dinner.The food was excellent but their desserts were unique and exotic.The ambience was great with great decoration, music and nice lighting.
