This company is absolutely a fraud. PLEASE DO NOT invite them to your home. For over 3 months now, I am still yet to get my blinds installed. They were so prompt to give me a quote and take my deposits but are yet to install my blinds. I called several times now, and they brought 4 out of 6 blinds I ordered, which 2 out of the 4 were the wrong blinds. They said they would get the correct blinds, and bring the other 2 they forgot in about a week and that I could make the payment for the blinds. I trusted them and made the payment thinking they would bring the blinds a week later! It has been 3 whole months!! Nobody has responded. I call literally every other day, and they will say, “We are sending someone next week” till today, nobody has shown up to install the blinds, and I have made payment. Please refund my money or bring my blinds!!! The installer, Mike, was absolutely rude to me when I messaged him about the blinds. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. I normally don’t review business as a business owner myself, but I had to because this company is fraudulent. I hope this helps others decide whether they want to deal with such a company.

This has been the worst business I have ever dealt with in Canada. They are scamming the Canadian consumer. They will take your deposit and ghost you. The lady at customer service will stop picking up your calls and the sales person will stop replying to you. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. All the good reviews are fake. Please do not do business with them.

Got few quotes and decided to go with them due to their pricing. But it is true about what they say, you get what you pay for. Very cheap quality shutters, install was also very poorly done. My neighbour’s got it from a different place and the shutters are so much better!

Worst company ever.....I want to give -10 not only 0 for this worst customer service, worst in everything.After they took the deposit and promised to install in 2 weeks, they are not responding to calls, hardly responding to messages, Mario not responding even to messages most of the time.They came 6 weeks later, installed only some blinds, and 2 of them having cut in the middle, 2 already missing, we pictured the cut and called them, they came back with the repair but not the missing ones, and didn't want to install unless they get the ret of their money first !!!!Scammers , I will never recommend and I will file a claim and share this review everywhere on social media and also will raise a complaint to the better business bureau.And by the way, all other bad reviews are from real customers who had bad experiences from these scammers, not competitors as per their respond to previous reviews!!

I am trying to reach the Johny since January 2022 almost an 1 and half year I am getting problems in the California shutters flaps o have the gear system and I took one sample from my room and give them at factory to look at whats the problem I did attach the photo here for that window still no shutters that place after that so one day Johny came to my house to check and said not repairable bcoz they are not making that kind any more so he has to change with new one after the getting the permission from his boss after that he got the permission and he send someone to measure it after that disappeared no contact since 2022 and I am waiting after I try to contact office but no proper reply still waiting to fix my all windows shutters I referred 10 to 12 people to them but now no more references bcoz very poor and bad quality service I did not see any one their is responsible for giving you answer I hope this review read by proper management guy to resolve my issueIf I have negative star I would give that firstSo many time I call mesg leave the voice message but no reply by luckily get the call and you explained the issue and they said we will get back to you but never came backVery very disappointed with the service

I had given the go ahead with my order and paid $100 deposit. someone was supposed to come for final measurements the next day but no one showed up and no one returned my calls and texts messages. I was to get my blinds in a week but no one even communicated with me. Now no one is responding back to refund my deposit. Doesn’t look for company’s reputation. I will be complaining about them for sure, seems like a scam.

Placed an order in April’23 with this co. I have repeatedly tried to get a status report on my order and no one from the company has called with any update. Considering I dealt with this co in 2021 and had no issues, I am surprised of the nonexistent of customer service today. My only assumption is that the co is under new management. My concern is that this co might now be operating as a scam under the guise of a legit co. At this point I am resigned to the fact I have lost my deposit and would definitely not recommend this co.Edit Jun 29: To the owner who responded - No, I have not been contacted or received my order as of today. we just had amazing experience, steve came in for the measurements and gave us the quote which was fairly priced and then installer Nagulan came just within two-three weeks he was great at his work , the whole house he did within an hour , was very professional. he went over and beyond by helping me with another quick fix at my home. i was scared by reading all the reviews but i just had the best experience with them. thankyou my house looks very neat after these blinds

They have the worst customer service I have seen in my life. They don’t even deserve one star. I made the mistake and paid when only half of the job was completed trusting that they will come back and finish the job. It has been more than a month and they are not showing up. They never respond to any calls. Their customer service lady answers the text messages at times but it is all hollow promises.They were scheduled to come today. I took a day off work but no one showed up and the office is not answering my calls or messages any more.The blinds are low quality. The installation is not done properly.If you want your sanity, don’t buy from them. They are probably a little cheaper from other suppliers but not worth the headache and the quality is low. Don’t get tricked. They say it is Canadian product. Yes they have a place here in Canada that cut the material that comes from China to size. It is not Canadian product.I made the mistake not reading the reviews before. All the bad reviews are true. They are scammers.The sales person was Steve and the installer was Jordana. They only respond to calls and messages to get your business then they ignore you.I saw their response to some reviews that said fake reviews or competitors reviews. If you say it is fake review, I will post a picture of my receipt.

Hired these guys to come install shutter. Oh boy they installed it but there were a number of quality issues, such as cuts being too short, levers not opening and closing.We asked them 10+ times for repairs of the quality issues. We got absolutely nowhere, all they care about is your money.Once they collect your money good luck getting anything fixed. They'll lie to your face that they have 10, 15, 20 years of warranty. This is all a front, once you give them your money they're gone.They'll give you an office number that doesn't work and you'll be on the lines forever.Not sure how these guys stay in business acting very fraudulently. All the positive reviews are all fake reviews. Looks at the bad ones as those speak the truth.
