L'INTERVALLE

This is in regards to the online purchases ive made. I paid for my item and unfortunetly it took ovwr a month for them to tell me my item could not be shipped. In addition to that they gave me a partial refund. Yes partial... and there was no shipment even made out as per the associates ive spoken to. So why deduct money from my refund and ypur company is the one that is not providing the service . So no shoe and partial refund and ive been asking to speak with a manager for some time now and no progress. Do not order online. Its better you just go in store.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a pair of shoes for their 50% off sale item 4 months ago. A week after I ordered them for in store pickup I went to the store to pick them up and the sales associate (Christine or Katherine I believe) basically told me I was a liar and they had no proof I put in an order .. 3 months later they call me to tell me they have had my shoes in since august , I let them know I had already received a refund for when I emailed customer service since the sales associate wouldn’t even bother to check the back for them. When I show up at the store the store manger tells me I have to now pay FULL PRICE. The most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Wouldn’t even bother to honour the original sale price I had bought them at when it was the sales associates mistake in the first place. First and last time I go to this store.

I was so excited to see L'intervalle open in my mall so I could stop having to go all the way to Toronto. I must admit my shopping experience expectation hadn't been met until I met MATTEO. Thank you so much for taking your time to go through my transaction history and find which pair I rant about being my favorite every time I visit.I could never seem to replace, even when I tried online, I ended up with a merchandise return card. He took his time to explain it may be a hard find and potentially not get routed to the order. He made me feel confident by properly explaining the exchange/refund policy and said its worth a try...and it WAS !!YAY MATTEO! Way to go bestie! <3 I may be part of a tough crowd to please but this is what we mean when we see you go above and beyond. Now I have a fresh pair to wear as the maid of honor in my best friends wedding <3 Thanks again!!!

Just wanted to post quickly that we popped into this store over the holidays for a gift. The staff provided us great service. We were impressed. Service is declining in most shops these days in my opinion. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. As a male, women’s shoes are not my specialty. They offered great suggestions and tips. My purchase was greatly received and we will be back. Had never heard of this store name before but were very impressed by the staff and range of footwear.

Worst experience ever. Came in today and was waiting to be served for over 20mins, 3 staff on and was completely ignored and neglected. Other white guests cameIn and were served ahead of me. TrulyIt was as if I wasn’t even there. I have upwards 5 pairs from this company and granted online and or lurched second hand. Nonetheless for brick and mortar experience disgusting to be neglected and profiled during my shopping experience. Says aloe about the company and staff whole clearly only care to serve a certain demographic I.e. anyone not black or of visible minority

The staff here are amazing. My favourite shoe store, I almost always go home with something because the quality is great and they often have sales. Staff always make me feel taken care of and never pressure me to buy. Always happy visiting this store!
