Pharmacy staff have been super good to me. I really appreciate all there help. That being said there is a middle aged woman with longer hair and glasses. That works for shoppers not in the Pharmacy. That is very salty. Often follows people around. Then tells them they can't stand where they're standing looking at potential items they may buy. She is always in a very salty mood. I don't think she likes working there and takes it out on the customers. Get rid of that lady and you would have 5 star. No one wants to be harassed while getting their covid shots. And I have also witnessed the same lady doing that.

I have always found non-pharmacy staff here to be great. However, the service from the pharmacy has seriously deteriorated over the past 1-2 years. So many prescription errors and careless mistakes. Very frustrating. It's too bad since it's conveniently close to home, but I'll have to switch since it's not worth the hassle anymore. Hopefully, by doing this I am helping reduce their customer count to the point where the current staff can more effectively manage the demand [if that's the issue]. It would be beneficial for management to investigate and see how they can elevate the service back to a level it once was.

Never had an issue over the past many years. But recently with staffing changes in the pharmacy things have gone downhill. Last 3 times I have gone in for one specific prescription it has been misplaced / lost twice and incorrectly stored another time.I understand that times have made things more difficult but having to wait to have an in-house error fixed 3 different times is unacceptable.When I mentioned this to staff on my more recent trip (this week) only one took the initiative to direct staff to hurry-up" while the majority of them walked around like a deer in the headlights not knowing what to do.One staff mentioned that they will "move prescriptions" if they have been sitting. Told them not to move mine ever

I'm pretty positive that I get racially profiled every time I go in this Shoppers location. Happens on Saturday nights, as I work around the corner. Yeah, very annoying.

The old woman working the cash this morning asked me if I paid for my bag in a VERY accusatory tone today. A 35 cent bag. Then when I told her how rude she was she rudely told me to have a great day.There is NO WAY she asks everyone that question and certainly not in that manner. I handed her my receipt to prove my 35 cent purchase.Disgusting customer service. I truly hope her boss sees this.

This location has gone downhill. I get prescriptions weekly ( that they have on their books to prepare on the same day every week). For the last few months they've made me wait up to 45 minutes have that prescription ready which should have been done before hand. I've gotten into the habit of calling an hour before I come to pick up the prescription. Most of those time they do not have the prescription ready even with calling ahead.

Nasty cashier person... Forces useless instructions on to customers... Customers don't need it... Extremely snappy to customers for no reason... Shouldn't be working with the public...
