Several weeks ago, had a call from a family member at our residence in Scarborough, as I was out of town. The shower faucet would not turn off. I instructed her to shut the main water valve off and started to look for a plumber online. iSky came over, looked it over, didn't touch anything, just took few pictures. Told me over the phone, I would need a new mixing valve. Would have to leave a hole n my dining room wall after they were done and it would cost me 1600.00 . I thanked them and drove 4 hours the next day to investigate myself. Replaced the cartridges and seats at a cost of 27.00 Haven't had any problems or leakage since. Funny how all their positive reviews are foreign names. Just saying.
